Info: Go-Dratta is an Italian electronic music composer with a classical background, which allows him to skillfully mix different genres, contaminating new electronica with jazz and folk music to create unique sonic landscapes, but without forgetting the clubbing world: this original combination makes him appealing both to more demanding connoisseurs and to a more mainstream audience. In the last few years he built himself a strong track record both in Italy and internationally: he played Liverpool Sound City, Athens Music Week, represented Italy for Open Sound Festival in Hong Kong and Dubai, was remixed by DJ Khalab, landed a sync on Netflix's SKAM Italy, and worked with brands on original music productions. After different EPs and high-profile featurings, he has now completed his second album, Mosaico, which mixes his eclectic electronic taste with sounds and inspirations from his hometown, Palermo, Sicily, making him stand at the forefront of a current global trend where traditional mediterranean music meets contemporary sounds.

FAN by go-Dratta is a bold and innovative musical journey that challenges convention and redefines sonic frontiers. It's an album that combines the power of electronic music with the richness of ethnic sounds and traditional scales, creating an experience that ideally overturns the map of musical influences.

FAN's musical narrative is driven by the vision of ideally reversing the map of sonic influences, transforming north and south into fluid and dynamic concepts. The distances are not measured on the Mercator distortion, flattened from one perspective Eurocentric, but on the sonic commonality that connects apparently distant cultures. THE songs reflect the rhythmic and melodic similarities that cross continents and centuries, revealing a deep and universal connection between musical traditions.

The album's tracks transport the listener through a new sonic world map, where geographical barriers disappear, and music becomes the universal language that unites people. 

FAN is more than just an album; is a manifesto that celebrates the musical diversity of world, pushing the boundaries of sonic exploration and proving that music can be a unifying force in an increasingly interconnected world.

Luigi Gori and Go-Dratta's upcoming EP 'Ciati' is a masterstroke of cross-cultural expression, featuring the revitalizing instrumentals and vocals of the Garifuna Collective on both tracks.
