Go Fandango is a six-piece pop orchestra, playing catchy music with roots in 60s rock and 90s indie. They have been a part of the underground pop scene in Oslo for several years playing venues such as John Dee, the main stage of Månefestivalen, Phonofestivalen in Bergen and Samfundet in Trondheim. In 2010 the group self-produced two E.Ps and was represented with the song "End Credits" on the compilation "Oslo2" released by Spoon Train Audio Records to critical acclaim. Aftenposten noted Go Fandango as one of the highlights, while eardrumsmusic.com wrote that "Go Fandango is one of the new names on this album, and their upbeat “End credits” leaves me wanting to hear more from the band." In 2014 they are ready to surface with their debut album produced by Sjur Lyseid (Little Hands of Asphalt and Monzano). Notorious for flying inflatable crocodiles, free chocolate and model trains on stage, and now armed with an arsenal of new catchy pop songs, this band is ready to reach and surprise a larger audience.
