PSYCHEDELIC IS A STATE OF MIND.....

Psychedelic Experience is characterised by the striking perception of aspects of one's mind previously unknown, or by the creative capabilities of our sub conscious mind.

We now spend a good deal more on drinking and smoking then we spend on education.

The urge to escape from selfhood and the environment is in almost everyone almost all the time.

Psychedelic experience gives you this path to escape and re-discover yourself. Going deeper down to the roots of our sub concious mind and discover it's secrets.

Hence the name dark roots.

In this mix i have combined 3 most common elements. Progressive with a nice build up which launches you into another state of mind followed by a nice and smooth feeling from psychedelic trance and finished with some darker side of psy trance and a nice happy touch in the end. Hope you enjoy the story and the music .

  Jacob Goadream caught the electronic music bug back in the early 90s, immersing himself in the first warehouse parties in Houston, Texas. As his love for electronic music grew, he was introduced to the enchanting world of psy-trance through the Universal Mind Productions gatherings, via Robin Triskele. It was a transformative experience that set him on a new path. 

  Upon relocating to the Carolinas, Jacob delved deeper into the psy-trance scene and discovered the T.O.U.C.H. Samadhi Collective. Their magical gatherings at Deerfields left an indelible mark to say the least.  These days, now resident DJ on the T.O.U.C.H. Samadhi roster, Goadream is known for seamless, delicate mixing and his innate ability to match the vibe of any situation. Above all, his unwavering love and dedication to nurturing the flame of psychedelic trance dance culture keep him on the move, playing along side some of the biggest names in the scene.

Samadhi is said to be a fourth kind of consciousness: 

It is beyond the states of waking, dreaming and dreamless sleep. Those who have witnessed it as an external phenomenon report that the experience appeared to have fallen into a kind of trance. The hair on the head and body stood erect. The half-closed eyes became fixed. Sometimes there was an astonishing loss of weight, or even levitation of the body from the ground. But these are mere symptoms, and tell us nothing. There is only one way to find out what samadhi is like:
