This mix by PETAR titled "From the Psychotria Groove" was recorded exclusively for radiOzora. The set moves through different shades of psychedelia, from groovy twilight energy to full nighttime power, featuring tracks by artists and labels that continue to push the genre forward. Petar has been an active DJ since the mid-1990s, with a career that bridges intimate hometown gatherings and major international festivals. His musical journey began with funk and dancehall mixtapes before evolving into a deep passion for trance, techno, and progressive house. By the early 2000s, he had become a regular fixture at parties across Hungary, known for his dynamic, vinyl-only sets.  After a decade immersed in the electronic scene, Petar embarked on a new creative path—exploring the realms of psychedelic trance. Since 2010, he has been a driving force in the Hungarian psytrance community as co-founder and label manager of Psychotria Records, a project that operates both as a record label and an event series.  His distinctive style fuses nighttime psychedelia with forest and twilight textures, while his occasional classic vinyl sets pay tribute to his early influences. Over the years, Petar has performed at countless events and festivals across Europe, including O.Z.O.R.A., SUN, Psy-Fi, Transylvaliens, Funny Moon, Solar Seeds, and many more.

ENOKI | Universal Tribe Records Series Ep. 6 | 05/11/2025

This is Part 2 of Apsara Festival's Opening Set with BENHO & METAVERSE. The European festival season of 2025 is coming to an end, leaving us with unforgettable memories of phenomenal goatrance sets. Luckily, the recordings from Apsara are now becoming available online. The festival's main stage was opened by none other than Benho & Metaverse. Together as the Lunar604 team, they organize goatrance-focused parties in Budapest, blending oldschool and modern sounds. While they prepare for the indoor season with another banging event, let’s relive their beautiful 3-hour-long Apsara opening set.  Benho is a Hungarian DJ, producer and promoter, co-founder of Lunar604 and also known for his trance project Government Denies Knowledge. Starting his career in 2015, he has played numerous Hungarian and international festivals and remains an active part of Budapest’s underground scene. Metaverse is one of Hungary’s goatrance pioneers and co-founder of Lunar604 Events, the collective that reignited the style locally. Since starting as a DJ and organizer in 2017, he has become a central figure in the country’s psychedelic culture. In 2023, both he and Benho supported Suntrip Records in bringing the legendary Apsara Festival to Hungary.

  Jacob Goadream caught the electronic music bug back in the early 90s, immersing himself in the first warehouse parties in Houston, Texas. As his love for electronic music grew, he was introduced to the enchanting world of psy-trance through the Universal Mind Productions gatherings, via Robin Triskele. It was a transformative experience that set him on a new path. 

  Upon relocating to the Carolinas, Jacob delved deeper into the psy-trance scene and discovered the T.O.U.C.H. Samadhi Collective. Their magical gatherings at Deerfields left an indelible mark to say the least.  These days, now resident DJ on the T.O.U.C.H. Samadhi roster, Goadream is known for seamless, delicate mixing and his innate ability to match the vibe of any situation. Above all, his unwavering love and dedication to nurturing the flame of psychedelic trance dance culture keep him on the move, playing along side some of the biggest names in the scene.

Samadhi is said to be a fourth kind of consciousness: 

It is beyond the states of waking, dreaming and dreamless sleep. Those who have witnessed it as an external phenomenon report that the experience appeared to have fallen into a kind of trance. The hair on the head and body stood erect. The half-closed eyes became fixed. Sometimes there was an astonishing loss of weight, or even levitation of the body from the ground. But these are mere symptoms, and tell us nothing. There is only one way to find out what samadhi is like:
