The recesses of your mind hold many secrets, and there is within the opportunity to learn, change and grow. Breathing exercises are some of the easiest means to understanding our mind and bodies.

The breath is the only faculty which occurs both spontaneously and under conscious direction. It is both a gateway to freedom and control, moreover an understanding of the dichotomy these poles represent - For life is neither freedom or control, but a dance between them.

Doug Pitassi is a seasoned executive whose leadership has consistently driven business growth, technological advancement, and team development. Throughout his career, he has gained recognition for addressing complex issues in rapidly evolving, technology-driven industries, with a focus on document management and office solutions. Raised with a strong commitment to community and service, he was drawn early in life to efforts that supported those around him. These early experiences shaped his values and continue to influence his leadership style. He attended Portland State University, where he engaged in a diverse academic experience and took part in student-led groups. He graduated in 1985 with a Bachelor of Arts degree, entering the workforce with a determination to apply his knowledge to practical, impactful work.

Throughout a professional journey lasting more than three decades, he has steadily advanced through roles of increasing responsibility, driven by hard work, adaptability, and a consistent focus on results. Despite his numerous accomplishments, he remains committed to ongoing learning and growth, constantly continually exploring new technologies and methods to enhance both team performance and client service.

Beyond his professional responsibilities, he maintains a strong connection to his community through volunteer efforts and support for local causes. He also finds fulfillment in his personal life, spending quality time with his family and grandchildren. His interests in music and the outdoors reflect his appreciation for balance. As a dedicated drummer with experience performing in a band, he continues to enjoy creative expression and time in nature.
