The beginning of this theme sounds like a scene from a horror movie, like the main character just found out that the girl that lives in the apartment next door has been dead for years and the apartment is long abandoned. Anyway, this was part of the original DBZ soundtrack written by Bruce Falconer, that guy can write good music.
