connected welcome breakout talent Arodes and veteran Klement Bonelli for sublime new single 'Elevate.'
Last year Arodes really made his mark with tunes like 'Storm' and 'Reborn' finding their way into the sets of influential DJs like Rufus Du Sol, Monolink and Vintage Culture. He also played over 150 gigs everywhere from Tomorrowland and Burning Man to Ushuaia Ibiza and Brooklyn Mirage. He runs his own Unreleased event series and is on a mission to make deep connections with his audience.
Bonelli meanwhile heads up the Tinnit Music and Krome Records labels having also dropped his fresh Afro house and tech on the likes of Kerri Chandler's Kaoz Theory, Defected and Toolroom. He mixes up classic sounds with his own rich melodies and has had support from big names such as Black Coffee, Bedouin and Themba.
Together the pair find real magic in 'Elevate', a seven-minute deep house trip lit up with well-curated melodies. The smooth rolling beats come alive with crisp vocal stabs and dramatic chords that slowly but surely cast a spell and lift the dance floor to a higher emotional plane. At the midpoint, fresh melodic patterns erupt and rain down to bring real rapture to the moment.

'Valexx is back with an Afro house release on My Other Side of The Moon which features an unparalleled voice you can’t fail to recognize: Tabia. Top South African artist, Tabia gives the character of the track, with an intense vocal which stands out over the convincing synth and the powerful bass.

The package includes three remixes, by Aaron Sevilla, Moish & Vasilis, and Da Africa Deep, all first class afro house producers.

Aaron Sevilla starts with a different rhythm, a softer piano and a dynamic bass. As the piano chords evolve, the drums also introduce new elements, and the enchanting voice leads to the end with increased energy. This is a nice one for the dance floor!

Moish & Vasilis push strongly on the rhythm and the drums as well. This is yet another interpretation of the hypnotizing synths and melodies the track intrinsically offers. In a crescendo of intensity the instruments and melodies layer upon each other and end in an explosion of energy.

Last but not least, Da Africa Deep offers yet another energetic version, with forceful drums and a bass that creates new jazzy vibes. Thumbs up to Valexx and Tabia for an excellent afro house piece ready to be played in all these different sauces!'

Antwerp-based Capoon has been crafting material that fuses rich organic sounds with oriental and worldwide influences for years now. Always looking for new inspiration via diverse collaborations with musicians around the globe, he has landed on labels like Human by Default, Einmusika, Mobilee, ZAMNA and more. Here, he returns to Rebellion and links with the co-founder of Global Fantasy, Greek DJ/producer Angelos, with the bubbling talent landing fresh from another stellar Ibiza residency at Blue Marlin across the summer.
