Experiment, deconstruct and explore, were our main goals when creating Death of the Marigold. We chose to step away from writing music in the confines of a band mentality and instead created something more textured with a broader vision than our previous efforts. We specifically focused on using a variety of production and instrumentation which embellished the lyrical content and overall themes of sadness, anxiety and self doubt.
