Oh wow what a magic ride - When we entered the stage of Sonnendeck we were so nervous because it was already soo packed. But when we saw all of your beautifully created dancing sticks and happy faces smiling at us all the nervous feelings turned into pure bliss and joy. Thanks to all our friends and everyone who showed up and danced with us. We feel very honored to have experienced this with you and will never forget this beautiful ride from the sunset into the night.

After three long years, we finally reunited and played a B2B set at Bucht der Träumer Festival. We couldn't have asked for a better opportunity to create a magical after hour on a beautiful, sunny Sunday morning💛
Playing at one of our favorite festivals for the first time with so many lovely people and close friends of ours was just out of this world

UREM x Ouhana @ Bucht Der Träumer* - Saga Stage 2024

1 year ago, we were standing at Bucht der Träumer and were actually dreaming (no pun intended) about playing at SAGA stage next year.

This dream came true with a bang: We could play Friday midnight - and we were sooo blown away by this humbling experience! First of all the crew made us feel so welcome and did a tremendous job working day and night to create a space that allows everyone to feel free and energized.

Second, we were blown away by the absolute bonkers energy from the crowd that were digging the new Kon Faber sound. In a moment of reflection, Nils was literally crying during our set because of the beautiful reactions and vibe that surrounded us for these 1.5 hours.

To be really honest, we were struggling a bit over the past months. We felt like we are going in the wrong direction and lost our musical core a little bit. We felt uninspired. But then we decided to not worry too much about playing a particular consistent sound but just create what feels real and truly like Kon Faber. That’s why this set has become a bouquet of genres, including live vocals and rap (going back to the roots!) that feels truly meaningful and fun.

We are so glad that this music resonated with you and that you give us the appreciation that makes us feel safe to continue this path. Thank you from the bottom of our heart!

Thank you Johannes and Ulaş for inviting and making this possible for us. Thanks legend Jefferey @dolphin_therapy for joining us on stage, singing the live vocals for the closing track. Also big thanks to Kerstin (Waina Art) for the beautiful dance performance!

Kon Faber LIVE @ Bucht der Träumer* 2024 / SAGA

Marcelo Malta, a.k.a MLTX, began his musical journey at a young age, following in the footsteps of his multi-instrumentalist father. 
He honed his skills as a drummer and musician in hardcore, punk rock, and heavy metal bands, developing a deep connection with diverse rhythms and melodies.
In 2015, his passion for music took him to major festivals and parties. 
There, he discovered a love for techno, immersing himself in the sounds of renowned artists who profoundly influenced his musical direction. 
This newfound passion, coupled with encouragement from a friend during the pandemic, led him to explore DJing.
MLTX has quickly made a name for himself, playing at parties and podcasts worldwide. 
His talent was recognized by the Colombian collective @elviaje, where he was invited to be a curator, fostering opportunities for other underground artists.
MLTX's DJ sets are characterized by a unique blend of techno, indie dance, and dark disco, a fusion he terms #fusiontechno. 
This innovative style pushes boundaries, exploring new sonic territories. 
His sets are energetic and captivating, with powerful, dark rhythms that drive the melody forward, reminiscent of his drumming background.

We have been scouting for the perfect Sunday morning sets for quite a while already and while "Late Night Jockel Disko" & "Mattmosphere" have been steady suppliers of them for us, we also developed the idea of asking befriended artists to record one-hour of music, to which they like to stay in bed with a loved one.

It's an intimate ask, but most of them said yes.

Cuddle Cast #27 comes from Lepizig based @einfachnora, we discovered her due to our very own Cozy Festival and fell in love with her sets.

We think it is the perfect last cuddle cast of the season and we hope you are having a great festive period full of love and cuddles.
