I'm a musician and composer and performed with the internationally-renowned Ukulele Orchestra of Great Britain for 31 years. These days I write and perform my own music and compose tunes for film and TV.

TERENCE GUILLERMO, 2013 BroadwayWorld-Philippines Awards’ Best Featured Actor in a Musical, and 2013 Philippine Daily Inquirer’s Bravo Best of Philippine Theater’s Best Featured Actor in a Musical (Honorable Mention), for his portrayal of Lazaro in Green Wings Entertainment Network’s  LORENZO; and 2015 Aliw Awards nominee for Best Actor in a Musical for his portrayal of Beast in Kids Acts Philippines’  BEAUTY AND THE BEAST, first acted in theater in 1985 and has been in over 160 local & international productions. 

He pursued Theater Arts at the University of the Philippines.
He holds a Distinction (the highest mark) for Singing from the Associated Board of Royal Schools of Music (ABRSM), UK’s largest music education body (Royal Academy of Music, Royal College of Music, Royal Northern College of Music, and Royal Scottish Academy of Music and Drama) and the world’s leading provider of music exams. While taking a choral conducting class at the Asian School of Music, Worship and the Arts, he was recruited to the Philippine Choral Directors Association. 

He handles a Barbershop vocal ensemble, the New KnightWinds, and arranges most of its repertoire. He has been part of the world renowned Philippine Madrigal Singers. He was soloist at the 1st Daegu Choir Festival in South Korea as well as in the 1st Asian Choir Games in Indonesia, where he won a Gold medal for the Philippines.

The National Commission for Culture and Arts (NCCA) Experts and Resource Persons Bureau Program sends him to teach music and theatre nationwide. He was the Key Voice Teacher of Yamaha School of Music – Philippines. He created the module Sound Scoring Through Human Voice at the Van Gogh Alive! Exhibit in ArtScience Museum, Singapore. He has written, developed and implemented the curriculum and holistic training and performance program for the enrichment of the Music Department of Kids Performing, Singapore’s premier performing arts school, as well as various schools in Singapore such as West Grove Primary School, Manjusri Secondary School, Chatsworth International School, De La Salle School, Tanglin Secondary School, Mee Toh School, and Saint Anthony’s Primary School, some of which were endorsed by the National Arts Council; as well as performing arts camps in Club Med – Bintan, Indonesia and  Celestial Fame / Royal Selangor Club in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. His vocal students have won in international singing competitions such as the Singapore Performing Arts Junior Championships, the World Championships of the Performing Arts (WCOPA), and the Europop, and have a pristine record of 100% pass rate in the Associated Board of Royal Schools of Music (ABRSM) and well as the Trinity Guild Hall Speech and Drama exams.  

He is a member of the Organisasyon ng Pilipinong Mang-aawit (OPM) and has been training the new generation of professional OPM singers. He currently teaches private voice classes, as well as in Kids Acts Philippines, and musical theater in Manila Waldorf School. 

He is the songwriter of "Maglalayag," the theme song of the independent film "ANG MISIS NI MEYOR." His original compositions have been used by the Philippine Information Agency, Department of Health, European Union, and some Local Governments. His albums under the Jesuit Music Ministry and Claret General Prefecture of Formation in Rome have been released in 62 countries. 

His notable theater appearances include NARNIA, THE LION, THE WITCH AND THE WARDROBE as Aslan; BARBIE AS THE ISLAND PRINCESS as Azul,  THE PHANTOM OF THE OPERA as the Phantom; PETER PAN as Captain Hook, MULAN as Mulan’s Father, ALADDIN as the African Magician;  JESUS CHRIST, SUPERSTAR as Simon Zealotes;  ELIAS AT SALOME as Padre Damaso; THE FANTASTICKS as Bellamy;  PEDRO CALUNGSOD, THE MUSICAL as Choco;  SAN ANDRES B OPERA as Pulubi;  NOLI ME TANGERE OPERA – MANILA as Alferez; ROMEO AND JULIET as Lord Capulet;  KABESANG TALES as Karyo, and THE SECRET GARDEN as Major Holmes, to name a few.
