Cry Of Fear - Survive

I took my favorite Portal2 song and stretched/slowed it down just for fun, and the result is 800% more creepy, solitary, and depressing. 

Listening to this reminds me of a soul lost alone forever, and makes me think about what it must be like for artificial intelligence (like that portrayed in Portal, aka GladOS) to be "still alive", but forgotten or abandoned for eternity. 

I then added a rumbly sub-bass track to give a very uneasy feeling to it, a sense of dread and unrest. I also took the melody and pitched it up an octave higher, and faded it in and out softly throughout the whole song to give a false impression of company, like a ghost that vanishes as soon as you notice it.  Truly alone.  Certainly, I'm not the only one out there who can relate to this feeling..... 

..... or is my soul truly alone in the universe?
