Gordon McInnes is from Glasgow and has lived there all of his life. He has been writing and producing music for the past 22 years. Gordon comes from a musical background. His late father was an ardent home producer in his spare time, writing and producing music in the style of New Age and ‘Gregorian Chants’ and has strongly influenced Gordon in his appreciation for the New Age Genre, Enya, Deep Forrest, Enigma. Gordon’s music has been heavily influenced by well known Trance acts such as 'Chicane' ‘Solar Stone’, ‘Blank and Jones’, ‘4-Strings’, ‘Space Brothers’ and ‘Rank 1’ all of which have influenced Gordon’s Trance projects whereby he goes by the alias ‘Goldengate’ which he started as a Trance project back in 2002.

I love music and produce the genre that I love which is Progressive Trance specifically in the style of Trance music from the late 90s to the early 2000s. When I started this project back in the summer of 2002. After coming up with numerous names that would suit my style coined as ‘light, airy and melodic Trance’ I settled on the name ‘Goldengate’..

He began his career as a dj producer at 17. 
My music varies in different styles of trance, this project was born thanks to years of work. 
specializes in a new kind of progressive trance and psychedelic style 
distinguished blended with percussion rhythms and elements of prog / techno.

Alex Kogan is an Israeli-based music producer with more than 15 years of experience with mix, mastering and music production of all genres, specializing in Electronic Music. 
His talent and passions for electronic music started the successful Psy Trance due 'Somatic Cell', taking him to the preform on the biggest Psy Trance stages around the world.
Now, while still maintaining his main act, he decided to explore the realms of other Electronic genres under his birth name Alex Kogan.
