Next up is another first timer at Love International, local Zagreb based music producer and DJ with a growing catalogue of the finest electro, Ivna Ji. This year Ivna is setting the scene on our Garden Stage on the Saturday night of the festival, warming up for the likes of Derek Carr & DMX Krew. In true Ivna style she has delivered a fantastic selection of all things electro. Weaving through the full spectrum of this wonderful genre, from deep Drexlyia sounding records to the acid line driven sounds of Berlin. A mixture of old and new and a selection of tracks she recently picked up while in Berlin.

Pole’s Stefan Betke journeys through dub-techno, ambient and an array of spiritual music styles on his wide-ranging Bleep mix. Those aforementioned genres have always been a clear influence on Pole’s deep, weighty electronic compositions, and as such it’s no surprise to find several Pole originals among the track listing here - indeed, Betke sets the tone by beginning with Pole’s grainy ambient-techno track ‘Modul’. With these Pole productions anchoring the blends we are then free to journey off into passages of mind-expanding spirituality - for instance in the mid-section, which features tracks from Lou Reed/John Cale and Sun Ra, or the contemplative roots reggae tunes which are included in the mix’s home straight.

"I should be standing in a venue talking shit after a live show but instead i am sitting at home on my sofa. I feel a bit lost at the moment, no chatting in bars, no live shows. But i am happy. Very happy and in a good situation. I can still make music, work in my studio in Berlin and I made this selection of tracks for our friends at Bleep. This mix includes some older music which is in my record shelf for ages already and some new music which will stay in my record shelf for ages. Inspiring music and music for the soul.
