Melancholy

Ticking clock reminds me 
of the childhood place,
where all I did was 'to be'
but the landscape sneaked in to me anyway
and became melancholy.

Up, up to the woods and vineyards, 
abandoned wooden houses, old trees, 
full of ripped fruits and chickens 
tinker without boundaries 
and hawks that watch.

And you sitting in front of the house
with certainty like the master of the world        
like someone who knows
the meaning of life.

Special DEMO(Lofi Audio Quality) created in the beginnings of isolation by this selfish world quarantine and also inspired by the prophecy of the Hopi Kachinas. This digital production, as a final draft with 3 song track was recorded live in multitrack session with low gama instruments, equipment and audio technics on April 2020 at a local Homestudio in H. Matamoros, Tamaulipas, Mexico.
