Community Outreach Specialist, Latonya Smith Clark was working at the Palm Beach County Human Services office in Riviera Beach, FL around 4:18 P.M. July 24,2024. Although the building is public, she was alarmed that a journalist could be there taking pictures. Rather than be polite, cordial, and welcoming she decided to call armed men and women with guns from the Riviera Beach Police Department.
