This one has been a long time coming, being one of our residents favourite producers. None other than Ladies On Mars! 

Hailing from Buenos Aires, Argentina, he began to dabble with genres such as Disco, Funk and House around 2012, eventually laeding him to
sign with the Marshall Jefferson`s label: Freakin909 in 2018. He has also worked with labels norious disco labels such as Soulstar Records, Masterworks Music, Sakura Music, Tropical Velvet and sign with the most important record and Re-edits music label of the last 10 years: Midnight Riot. 

In 2020 he has signed with the big labels as: Tropical Disco Records, Re-Loved along with plenty others!

His incredible live sessions have taken him to play in various parts of the world, playing in The Bedford, Shoreditch Platform, The Distrikt Bar, Kit Kat Club, ELSTERARTIG Club along with some of South America’s most notorious clubs! 

Right now, his music is supported by great artists such as: Late Nite Tuff Guy, Horse Meat Disco, Blessed Madonna, Mark Lower, John Morales, Claptone, Mat. Joe, Mighty Mouse, Michael Gray, Babert, Yam Who?, Kort, Moodena, Discotron, to name just a few!

Born in 1995, Mark Lower, is a French international NuDisco DJ, producer and remixer.

The Lille based artist started playing records at the age of 11 and quickly started producing his own music, learning alongside Thomas Leclercq, better known as Man Of Goodwill, who taught him everything about making beats.

First producing progressive house and electro, Mark’s tastes has been refined over time and has been producing NuDisco since 2012.

In only a few years, Mark Lower’s rise to prominence has been nothing short of spectacular. His breakout hit 'Bad Boys Cry', released in 2013 on one of New York’s most emblematic House Music label: Nervous Records, has overcome a total of 80 million plays, all streaming platforms combined, and continues to climb steadily.

Mr Doris is something of an anomaly in music. A humbling example of what it takes to truly succeed within the framework of multiple fields. With a steadfast work ethic, an obsessively extensive vinyl library and the willingness to pursue the full extents of his roots (Latin, Soul and Jazz), foundation (Funk/Hip-Hop) and future (Electronic/Dance music) without any restraints.

His unique style has seen Mr Doris tour the globe on a regular basis (2022 saw him visit 32 cities in 17 countries) as well as hold down respected residencies for brands such as Defected, Glitterbox, Magic Door, Pacha, Space and his most recent tenures at Hi , Lio and Destino Ibiza, including a recent residency for Claptone's fiesta 'Masquerade', Felix Da Housecat's 'Night Fever' and 2ManyDJ's 'Maxi Discoteca' project.

2023 sees Mr Doris host his own weekly night The Little Disco on Ibiza at Pacha's sister venue Lio, in collaboration with La Discotheque every Monday, inviting the likes of Crazy P, Nickodemus, Moodena, Doorly, Tigerbalm and many other musical maestros.

Japanese Dj/Producer Daisuke Miyamoto took a strong influence from music such as Disco, Soul and Funk, when he started his career as a DJ in 1987.

In 1991, he started producing tracks, and in 1997, he formed Orienta-Rhythm, where he continues to DJ and produce music at the same time.
This unit has had numerous releases on King Street Sounds and has worked with legendary performers Joi Cardwell, Stephanie Cooke, Michelle Weeks, Dawn Tallman and Lonnie Gordon to name a few.

Discobolous is a passionate DJ, sound engineer, and visual artist whose career began in the early ’90s at a radio station in Athens, where his love for vinyl and sound first took root. With a background in live sound engineering and film, he spent years honing his skills in sound design, music production, and video editing, bringing a multidisciplinary approach to his creative work.

Deeply connected to the underground party scene, Discobolous has played a key role in creating independent venues and events with friends, drawn to the raw energy of warehouse parties and sophisticated bar settings alike. Today, he records around 90 DJ sets a year, blending fresh releases from across the genres he loves, and regularly performs at intimate bar and restaurant residencies, spreading positive, uplifting vibes.

While his track production has so far remained digital, Discobolous is currently developing his sound with analog synths at home, with plans to take his live performances to the stage when the moment is right. His journey reflects a lifelong dedication to sound, community, and the art of creating unforgettable musical experiences.

Deeply connected to music in its many forms, Verano is known for a sound rooted in House Music, blended with a variety of other genres. Active in Brasília’s electronic scene since 2018, he found in DJing a way to merge his passion for dance floors with his background as a pianist and arranger.

As a cultural producer, he created Haus_it, a multidisciplinary project that promotes parties, dance battles, and a podcast. On the Haus_it Cast, Verano presents original DJ sets recorded by guest artists. With over 130 episodes, the series features a mix of leading names from the Brazilian scene, emerging talents, and international guests.

Since 2022, he has been leading SuB at Conic, an iconic underground venue in Brasília. He is also a partner at Tree Sixty One, a record label that has spent the last 10 years releasing essential House Music artists such as DJ Spen, Mr. V, Opolopo, Qubiko, Phonk D, Raffaele Ciavolino, as well as key Brazilian acts like Renato Cohen, Camila Jun, From House to Disco, Bernardo Campos, Benjamin Ferreira, and Bernardo Pinheiro.

With a rising career, Verano has performed at some of Brasília’s most prominent venues, including Externa, Birosca, Vapør, Lust, Balada em Tempos de Crise, Lobby, and Âmbar. His music has also reached major festivals in Brazil, such as Universo Paralello (BA) and Sounds of Quartzo (GO).

GCR001 - DJ Keegan

DJ Keegan is no stranger to the custard life and has held residency’s in Melbourne and played many a gig across the South of the UK. His main influences were predominantly garage based however over the years, has been transformed into a resounding house and disco head. He's the type of DJ that could start a party in your nans cereal cupboard. His passion for pumpers is showcased nicely in this mix, along with his ability to chop vocals in and out like Gordon Ramsey himself. Incorporating all that’s great about disco, starting with a brand new track from Shapeshifters which sounds like it is fresh off an 80's dancefloor. To Mark Funk sampling a classic from Chaka Khan. Finally finishing off on his one his favourite tracks of all time by Marlena Shaw, DJ Keegans mix really exemplifies the spirit of the Good Custard vibe.

Novis by name, but no novice when it comes to dropping certified dancefloor heaters. With his Manchester debut just last year, he has gained notoriety in the Good Custard ranks displaying a strong depth and variation in track selection. Dropping RKO’s outta nowhere has become a staple trademark of his sets much like the signature curtains he sports on a day to day basis.
The mix illustrates the range of tunes in his arsenal and the funky basslines exploited by Nov and the rest of Good Custard residents. This mix is sure to get your quarantine session into a quaranTUNE session.

Hot off the heels from our first live stream this past weekend, Harry has provided us with a fresh afrobeat inspired mix which delivers a bigger kick than the food he’s known for eating. He’s a man of very few words, which is often mirrored well by the distinct lack of vocals in his sets. With his poor taste in football teams he doesn’t half make up for it with his music. Sure they’ll be plenty more to come from Mr. Bailey.

Ellis is another of the custard crew straight out the blocks with his first mix of the series. His devotion to the custard life is frequently displayed with his infamous yellow hair, hat and jacket combinations. The range of hats in his mix is also a very good resemblance of the range of hats hanging from his bedroom door. If he’s not cooking up custard behind his desk you’ll find Ellis smoking Bensons and making pornstars. With many of his own edits and remix’s already under his belt this boys one to watch.
