We make vivid, danceable folk-pop with super-tight vocal harmony and are known for infectious, childlike energy at live shows. We released our debut studio album at the end of November and it has been quite popular, the last two singles from that album were played by Simon Raymonde (co-founder of Bella Union) and have had some lovely reviews! In the past we have been featured on BBC Introducing and BBC6, supported Ellie Goulding, played at IndieTracks festival, T in the Park (T Break Stage) and Secret Garden party. We have a strong DIY ethic, organising our own tours and making our own videos.

An odd couple for sure and best friends for years, front girls Emily Bryant (Kirrie, Scotland) and Megan Clifton (Brighton) always sing together to make one unique texture. Teaming that with bouncy, vivid arrangement, the band together put infectious enthusiasm, pure youth and life into their recordings and live shows.
Featured on BBC Introducing and BBC6 by Phil Jackson, Kairen Kemp and Tom Robinson. Shows to date include venues from Paris to Dundee, festivals such as T in the Park (T Break Stage) Secret Garden, Indie Tracks, Beach Break Live and Playgroup, Supports for Ellie Goulding, Marina Celeste and Greg Holden.

Described as “a cross between every laurel canyon band you’ve ever heard, mixed with a healthy helping of acid”, mylittlebrother’s unique mix of 60s pop, rock and garage rock has led to a dedicated fanbase at gigs across the country, and lead to critical acclaim for their 2 albums and their blistering live shows.

Their most recent album Howl, was released in 2020 on L.A’s Big Stir Records to critical acclaim. 2023 has been spent writing the follow up, and honing their live sound by gigging all over the country, including a well received national tour in October, joined by Hector Gannet.

They have had support from Gideon Coe and Tom Robinson on BBC 6 Music, with the latter describing Nosedive as “a worthy contender for record of the week”, and further airplay has come on BBC Radio 1, Amazing Radio and local radio across the UK.

mylittlebrother’s eclectic, hard-to-pin-down style has brought invitations to perform with Frank Turner, Glasvegas and Juniore, and has lead to dozens of festival appearances including headlining stages at Kendal Calling,Wild On The Wall and Haddstock, as well as a joyous main stage appearance at Solfest. They have also appeared on the line-ups at the Sea Power curated Krankenhaus, ButeFest, EskFest, Haddstock and many more.



New Single You Know Better is out on 17th May, ahead of a short run of dates, with their 3rd album due early 2025.

Hannah Rose Platt is an enchanting singer-songwriter and talented guitarist who specializes in Americana / folk music, with storytelling at its heart. She recorded her debut album Portraits in Nashville last year (produced by Michael Bonagura- Baillie & the Boys) where she worked with some of the industry's leading names, Grammy award-winning musicians Mark Fain, (Ricky Skaggs, Dolly Parton) Stuart Duncan (Emmylou Harris, Dolly Parton, The Nashville Bluegrass Band, Robert Plant & Alison Krauss) and Jeff Taylor (The Time Jumpers, Elvis Costello). 
Born and raised in Liverpool, Hannah began playing the guitar when she was five, teaching herself how to play. Her musical education came from her stepfather who would encourage her to listen to a wide variety of music, scouring his extensive record collection for inspiration for her. Having played gigs around the country and in the USA, she released Portraits independently in March this year. The album has already received widespread critical acclaim and many of the tracks have received considerable airplay on BBC Radio Merseyside, Resonance FM, Wrecking Ball Radio and Europe's leading country radio station CMR Nashville. Hannah’s track ‘1954’ has also been featured in Channel 4’s Hollyoaks several times this year. Portraits was also included  in Glamour Magazine’s ‘Summer soundtrack 2015. She was also featured on the back cover of Maverick Magazine and on their compilation CD, and is booked to play Summertyne Americana Festival 2015.
