Here are my entries for Spring Tracks VIII, a chiptune competition held on Battle of the Bits. Each track is arranged in order of submission. Each song is written for a specific format in the competition, so you'll hear a variety of different sounds. I was only able to get four entries in this year, with two being collabs. Despite how short this playlist is, I hope you enjoy what I was able to compose.

CHAIR: Hey, uh, SC? Yeah, John and Lou just left. They wanted me to tell ya b- ...SC? HEY, hello?
(Chair scoots around the room. Suddenly, he stops dead in his scoots. SC is convulsing rapidly, muttering something to himself. A bar slowly loads in front of him.)

Fresh Grape Heroes

I decided I wanted to try and revise my old YM2203 Chrome Gadget cover. The only real hurdle to overcome with this must've been moving what was previously channel 3 over to channel 1, as I moved the lead to channel 3 for improved echoes.

Getting those duophonic chords that were previously on channel 3 over to channel 1 was a bit of a pain, as you have to use a bunch of different operator ratios to achieve the same duophonic effect, but thankfully it wasn't too tricky. Overall, I feel that this is a big improvement over the old version.
