so smart, 
so brave 
That’s just Beowulf. 
Their was a day when hrothgar soldiers,  were all having supper,  
laughing and losing their composure,
 out of the  blue here comes Grendel 
making everybodys mind in the room go mental
here that?
 Blood splat, 
mugs cracked
, heads flying, 
souls crying, 
danes dying!
YIKES!
Word came around, 
Beowulf stepped into town, 
Spoke to King Hrothgar, told him there’s no need to be worried, 
the monster is soon to be buried. 
Here's the catch I don’t need any weapons, 
Yea I don't need any weapons
 This calls for celebration 
Beowulf came to end grendals  life with no hesitation. 
Beowulf steps up challenges the beast, 
hes ready to eat, 
Grendal is his feast. 
Beowulf ripped its arm off for no fee,
 look now Beowulf has got himself  a trophy.
 Let me just say Rest In Peace,
 Grendal is now deceased. 
 The party resumed, 
grendals mom busted in the room
 and preach they’re all doomed,
 here that? Mommas back  Blood spat, mugs cracked, heads flying, souls crying, danes dying!
 Beowulf wasn’t phased, 
heading to her underwater cave. 
To end her life
Preferably with aknife
Beowulf found a sword, 
in the treasure where it was stored. 
The monster held a good fight, 
she was no match for Beowulf’s  might. 
When Beowulf stabbed grendals mom,
 her death seemed so calm
 Now the danes have been free’d of all the monsters,
 Beowulf heads back to geatland
Where beowulf has never been beaten 
King hyglac later dies  
and everyone cries. 
Beowulf was promoted to Geatlands lord. 
He knew Geatland needed to be restored
50 years has gone by
 without any crime, 
One day a dragon has awaken
 Once  it realized its goblet has been taken. 

Hear that? Lands frying, souls crying, geats dying !
Beowulf gathers his men for an epic  fight 
They’ll all hope there’s some sort of kryptonite 
 Beowulf's strength has diminished ,
though the task has not been finished, 
As the battle came to the end 
Wiglaf seemed to be his only friend. 
The dragon scorched beowulf's shield
 as wiglaf jumped in the battle field, 
Beowulf gets hurt but the dragon is no more, 
Beowulf dies in this epic war.
