This Lost Minute brings you ALEXANDER SMITH's live set from DVN Camp, Rajka (09-08-2024). Alexander has lived in Nagykáta since birth. Since 2005, he has explored electronic music’s deeper layers, experimenting with various styles before settling on a sound that blends dub techno and ambient.  Early on, he collaborated with artists like Aero and Silverdub, remixing their tracks. His productions have been released on City Forest Records and Energostatic Record.  His passion for music led him to collect vinyl in 2015, preserving creative and tasteful works. In 2023, his journey as a producer took a leap forward with Berlin-based Odrex Records, bringing his music from digital to physical form. He debuted at DVN Camp and performed at the cult event Technodub Seance.  In fall 2024, his mini-album Csillagkapu was released under Technodub Seance. He’s also a regular guest on Tilos Rádió shows like Euphonic Moments, Plug & Lay, and ElektrikFreek.

Someone told me about a hedgehog who panted under a rhubarb leaf, and that this was the ultimate sign that summer is here. Someone else told me that the planets soon is aligned. I am preparing for a live set this solstice, and did a test recording of the set. Besides music I´ve made by myself, it contains music from collaboration works with Warmth, as well as with Nobody Home.

Gooyz is a sonic storyteller whose journey began in the psychedelic waves of the 1970s. Raised on the experimental sounds of rock’s most transformative era, he developed an early sensitivity to music as a vehicle for transcendence. In the late 1990s, he joined Tribe of The Dog, an experimental performance art collective, where he discovered his passion for music production.
 
By 2001, Gooyz began performing as a DJ, blending chill out textures with hypnotic dub influences. His emotionally rich, atmospheric sets became a familiar presence at trance festivals and alternative venues. In each performance, Gooyz invites the audience into immersive soundscapes where rhythm, memory, and imagination converge.
