After a couple of months hiatus, mainly due to attending other people's parties, Out Of Doors returned in August. The last dance before Out Of Focus Gathering 2025.

This time the setting was beneath a monolithic vertical rock face, overlooking the surrounding area. On one side you have the expansive view of the valley, and the other the magnificent, sheer precipice bearing over you. 

It was an opportunity to share an evening with friends and unfamiliar faces alike.  To immerse ourselves in this beautiful setting. But also to trial some new fixtures we had recently required. The music was sounding strong, the lights were illuminating the unique features of this space and the telo kept all the gear dry.

This mix was recorded later in the evening. Driving techno, with notes of etherealism and hypnotism.

Britof EP is inspired after the graveyard in Črna na Koroškem, a place where silence feels heavy and timeless. The EP reflects that atmosphere — four tracks of raw, hypnotic techno that move slowly but with purpose, like echoes that refuse to fade. It’s music for late hours, when the line between presence and absence gets thin.

일요일이 지난 월요일, 새벽 1시 30분. 앞선 디제이의 음악은 갈팡질팡 갈 길을 찾지 못했다. 어수선한 분위기 속에 퇴장하며 마지막 클로징 디제이가 올라왔다. 그는 두시간 넘게 공들여 플로어에 사람들을 불러모으기 시작했고 그의 노력은 성공했다. 뭐랄까. 그의 플레이는 매우 안정적이었고 빈틈없이 매끄럽게 연결되었다. 마지막 곡을 틀고 박수를 받으며 디제이가 퇴장한 시간은 아침 8시였다. 딥테크노와 서정적인 트랙들로 밸런스를 맞춘 그의 디제잉은 7시간이 짧다고 느껴질 정도였다. 집에 도착한 나는 그때의 장면 장면과 분위기를 떠올리며 콜렉션에서 온도가 비슷한 트랙들을 찾아보게 되었고, 기억을 기록으로 남기기 위해 이번 믹셋을 녹음하게 되었다.
