Made from incredible friends in our dance music community who have been helping the scene that now suffers to survive due the pandemic situation. This compilation represents in some way the diversity of the brazilian independent electronic scene with 32 artists and different styles from all over the country.

100% of proceeds will go directly to the artists. Please feel free to pay more than the minimum asking price to support them.

Colombian label Plasmodia presents BIO +: a vibrant sonic ecosystem of 9 tracks that mirrors the diverse musical landscapes thriving across the Latin American electronic scene. 

This compilation brings together dynamic fusions from the exchanges between global and local sounds. Pulsating energy of raptor house, hybrids of cumbia-club beats and cuts driven by trembling basslines over rolling tresillo patterns are part of this ongoing collage. 

Each track can be interpreted as a photograph of the continent’s evolving electronic soundscape and spotlights different shades of bold experimentation and rhythmic complexity behind the region’s current electronic music ecosystem.
