About Leopold: 🐻
His musical journey began around 1998, immersing himself in the world of techno music. Influenced by artists such as Rino Cerrone and Danilo Vigorito, as well as the releases from Theory and Ingoma, he found early inspiration. 
The mix CD series "Favorite Tools" from Austria held particular significance during this time, serving as his primary source of musical exploration on CDs. As Beatport emerged and vinyl gradually faded, he recognized the evolving landscape of music.

As the prevalence of minimal, slower techno expanded, he embarked on a journey to explore its raw, potent essence, echoing his fascination with genres like blues and punk. This amalgamation of diverse influences fueled his quest to carve out a unique musical identity and seek novel creative avenues.

Today, his mission is to infuse his past influences into contemporary times, 
integrating the vigor and authenticity of the underground scene. 
He aspires to bridge the gap between past and present while staying true to 
the core elements that have captivated him since his inception into the realm of electronic music.

Artist Presentation - Leopold Bär

Wäxxel label owner - Jesko, also known as Bo Samuel, is a DJ and producer from Sweden who is now making vibes in the vibrant nightlife of Lisbon. He has a diverse and wide taste in music, drawing inspiration from all corners around the world. His minimalistic sound is a consistent thread throughout his work but his goal is not only to entertain the audience but also to satisfy his own artistic needs. He enjoys going out of his comfort zone and exploring different genres throughout the night. Despite his minimalistic sound, Bo Samuel incorporates touches of both melancholy and uplifting atmospheres. This fusion adds depth and emotion to his sets, resonating with listeners on a profound level. Whether it's the subtle melancholic undertones or the euphoric highs, his music evokes a range of emotions, making each moment on the dance floor a journey of self-discovery and connection.

Coutts / Gordon Coutts is a DJ / Producer from Northern Ireland, who has been DJing for over 25 years, playing at events all across the UK and Ireland and beyond, including Godskitchen, Planet Love and Ibiza and headline sets at many events.

He made his name on the production front in the mid 2000's onwards with his distinctive brand of Tech-Trance, with a string of sucessful releases on labels such as Vandit, Spinnin, Fraction, Aria, Tangled Audio and many more.

In recent years he has embraced his Techno oriented side and has been releasing and playing as 'Coutts', with releases on Hydraulix, Refined Format, Physical Techno Recordings, Mechanikal, Pure Dope Digital and White Line Music amongst many more.

Gordon is also A&R for Keep On Techno Records, taking on the role in 2022 after being a core artist on the label.
