Coutts / Gordon Coutts is a DJ / Producer from Northern Ireland, who has been DJing for over 25 years, playing at events all across the UK and Ireland and beyond, including Godskitchen, Planet Love and Ibiza and headline sets at many events.

He made his name on the production front in the mid 2000's onwards with his distinctive brand of Tech-Trance, with a string of sucessful releases on labels such as Vandit, Spinnin, Fraction, Aria, Tangled Audio and many more.

In recent years he has embraced his Techno oriented side and has been releasing and playing as 'Coutts', with releases on Hydraulix, Refined Format, Physical Techno Recordings, Mechanikal, Pure Dope Digital and White Line Music amongst many more.

Gordon is also A&R for Keep On Techno Records, taking on the role in 2022 after being a core artist on the label.

Biography:

Swedish based deejay and techno producer Markus Axelsson aka MarAxe, has established himself as one of the top techno exports from the Swedish techno scene. With over 750 tracks released since 2020, he became one of the top 10 best-selling hard techno producers of 2024, making a significant impact on the scene! His productions are hard with classic hardgroove and hypnotic influences and he has had a slew of releases entering both Beatport and the Juno download charts. Senga Ep, released on Planet Rhythm (2023), made nr 1 on the Juno download bestseller chart aswell as his release Zulu Ep (2024) on Hydraulix. 

Ever since he was featured on the NL 500 compilation from Naked Lunch records early 2020, he has had releases out on a variety of labels such as Hydraulix, Naked Lunch, Planet Rhythm, Soma, Sway, Suara, Kne´Deep, Remain records - Just to name a few. As a deejay his style reflects the music he creates and he has been featured on both international aswell as domestic events sharing the stage with Axel Karakasis, D.A.V.E the Drummer, Deas, Aida Arko, Speedy J and more! 

Today MarAxe has support from top tier producers and deejays like Carl Cox, Dj Rush, D.A.V.E the Drummer, Rebekah, A.Paul, Hertz, Umek and many more and he is well on his way to make his mark on the global techno scene!

Ich sags mal einfach so raus: Freut mich außerordentlich das es Euch freut wenn es uns freut das es Euch freut usw... Echt faire Unternehmung das Soundcloud :)) Da lacht das Musik-interessierte Herz :) HINWEIS FÜR DIE NETTEN MENSCHEN/DJs/PRODUCER etc.: In Gottes Namen benennt Eure freigestellten Tracks bzw. Sets doch auch bitte mit Namen wie DJsoundsoundso-After Party irgendwann im nirgendwo usw...!!!! Da Ihr ja alle werben wollt mit Euren Stücken wäre es echt angebracht daran zu denken das Ihr diese Geschenke auch ordentlich tituliert, ist mein Gedanke bei vielen downloadablen Stücken und dann kann ich, wenn mal auf der Platte gespeichert, leider oft nicht mehr sagen wer welch geilen Mix von Euch Meistern/innen all over the world gestiftet hat und teilweise wäre es aber angebracht, als Sammler aller edlen Sessions like yours are for example, auch sogleich möglichst noch viel mehr an Stücken von dem/derjenigen runtersaugen zu können was aber bei null Info (oft nicht einmal der DJ-Name!!)echt schwer möglich ist... lol Da fängt Werbung erst an... oder hört sogleich wieder auf... ;))  Und nachschauen nachträglich wird sich nie wer für eine Benennung eines Sets antun das der Namensträger nicht der Mühe wert fand zu signieren, auch klar. Na dann... ;)) Und mit der Bitte im Voraus auch weiterhin so verdammt dufte Muke zu produzieren/aufzulegen und dann zumindest teilweise frei zu geben! Ich höre mir nämlich mit Sicherheit jedes meiner 100 - 200.000 Sets zumindest einmal an und ehre jede gute DJ-Arbeit mit Freude am Hören und Mundpropaganda im engsten Freundeskreis bzw. wird fleissig mit meinen followern auf SC gechanged... Somit schließt sich der einzigartig gut dastehende Kreis der Soundcloud-User und jeder hat seine Freude dabei liebe Freunde der volkstümlichen Techno-Folklore und ähnlichem "Soundcloudsheaven"! So long! Rock on! Just use your brain (just try at least ;)!) and dont go scary or insane! RESPECT TO ALL DJs who make me often much happier than without the sets!! - Roul Bauer aka Vicious Steam Engine was born 1978 in Germany. His Techno Passion awoke in the 90ies, with the upcoming Rave Scene in Switzerland & Germany.

The urge to create his own Techno Journeys was born at August 2020, during the Covid-19 lockdown. He started producing his own techno tracks one year later. He learned mixing at an Dj/mixing Workshop at Mixmasters.ch. Just for learning/training Sessions, he started an Techno Podcast called "Hot Pressure Stream" at Soundcloud. The Podcast and his Social Media grew steadily and other Guest Djs played at his Podcast, like Anne Rosko, Isca Nublar, 909RIOT, Traumtherapie, Dj E-Viction, Tchie, Andy Pirie, techno X-citement, Dj Capelli, X-Dream and Nao Tamura.

Vicious Steam Engine has been a guest DJ on podcasts such as TECNO OSCURO (2 DjSets), a Darker Wave, Techno Topic by Andy Pirie and RTDFRAVERADIO from Brooklyn. In his latest 2 guest DjSets for RTDFRAVERADIO he played alongside with great Djs/Producer like Franky Bones, Lenny D. , Jim Solis, D.A.V.E the Drummer, Rewilder, Chris Liberator, Dj Papa Smrf, Jay Maniakal, Dj Hoora, Bösetecha, Destro187, Belaroc and many others awesome Djs.

28.11.2021 he released his first EP at TECNO OSCURO: Dark Dance of Gratitude
followed by 18.04. 2022 by "Kill the Silence"EP.
Since 2023 he focused really deep on music production. He was at 2 Techno retreats of Mixmasters.net in Ibiza, where he learned from legends such as Funk Dvoid, Patrik Berg, Harvey Mckay, Wehbba and Josh Wink. Now he is currently taking an online course in Electronic Music Production at Björn Thorwellen's Sinee Institute and try to master his Abelton Push 02.
