Génesis Music (GM) es un nuevo sello musical que pretende unir generaciones de productores valencianos a través de la música electrónica creada a lo largo de toda su historia. Para ello, GM, publicará referencias de los padres de la electrónica de nuestra región, así como de los nuevos referentes de la escena actual creando una simbiosis musical sin precedentes. En esta primera referencia, tenemos el honor de contar con Julio Nexus, todo un estandarte de la escena nacional que sigue dejando una huella imborrable desde sus lejanos comienzos a finales de los años ochenta como parte de Megabeat.

It’s extremely gratifying for us to see that we’re about to slate our 20th release on the label.

Born from a necessity for us to showcase the fantastic talent that has graced the booth at our parties, friends of the label, and incredible online acquaintances that we’ve made from the traction gained from our releases, G.O.R.D.A (Greatest Originals & Remixes Dropped Æver)
aims to pinpoint some of the essential tracks that define our labels first 10 releases, our ethos and sound.

This compilation materialises itself from our artists capability to craft well-defined, sophisticated Techno, equal parts heavy-hitting and elegant, some drenched in nebulised atmosphere, some gritty, broken, and carefully etched into walls of static noise.

It’s been a tough task for us to gather just 10 tracks from a slew of stellar EPs and VAs that have made us infinitely proud of the talent we are surrounded by. We are overwhelmed by all the great music we’ve been able to release and thank all the artists for their music, and all the supporters for keeping our music in circulation, and our projects ever growing.

If you’re new to Gordo Trax, we hope this can be a taster for our labels music and all the great artists who have made it, and we hope this can push you to explore the rest of our catalogue.

Every Always. This body’s title track thus signals the start of Finalversion3’s journey, a dive into an inner world plagued with themes of family, spirituality, and hope. With all the originals finished a week before the birth of the artist’s son, every title unveils a portion of a journey of struggle, overcoming fears, and a strong sense of interdependence.

“Todos Los Siempres”, stemming from this long standing family ethos,  is an emphatic tour de force, punk from the bone, an exploration of the hardcore-continuum in the flesh, and an exo-skeleton of battering snares melding the artists influences into a defining opener.

“De tu costado” and “Vulnerables” continue by building the myth of this release, swathes of metallic textures, constantly decaying dancefloor constructions with an uncanny sense of bitter-sweet around the topics of birth, vulnerability, and growth.

“Incompatible con la vida” narrates overcoming anxieties, delivering a deeply cathartic explosion of thundering club sonics.

The final original track, “Nacida en Jueves Santo” is an infinite tug of war between hyperspeeds and a smoldering dembow pulse, with the embers of both compacted together until forming a rough diamond. In Spanish folklore, a person born on Holy Thursday is capable of lifting curses from others, and as such, capable of keeping one’s family in good health.

Peder Mannerfelt sets off with the first of our remixes, club heart attack through and through, fear is imminent, and a robotic PSA reminds us of it constantly.

Stalwart Oscar Mulero reimagines our title track in explosive fashion, delivering classic D’n’B permeations into a carefully weaved fabric, broken Reese basses and infinite Amen recombinations ensuring nosebleed.

Answer Code Request’s dubby breakbeat take on the opener is perhaps, able to highlight a sense of euphoria that is more underplayed throughout the release.

Finalversion3 - Todos Los Siempres (Remixes By Oscar Mulero, Peder Mannerfelt & Answer Code Request)

Our aim with this VA is to unite Valencian music makers, and those connected to our city, to raise funds for aid, rebuilding animal shelters, providing food and water to those cut off from supplies, offering clothing, and repairing homes in urgent need of help. https://gordotrax.bandcamp.com/album/germanor-va-valencia-relief-fundraiser-gtxvlc01

On October 29th, flash floods devastated much of the southern and western areas of the Valencia province, along with several other regions in Spain. This catastrophic event brought storm surges, collapsing bridges, and left thousands stranded on roads and streets, ultimately leading to a death toll that is now estimated in the hundreds and, tragically, still rising.

Homes, animal shelters, businesses, personal property, and families have all suffered immensely from this disaster—an event that caught thousands out on the streets, commuting to and from school, work, and daily life, with little to no warning. Severe alerts reached our phones 10 hours later, leading to even greater tragedy.

“Germanor,” our word for “brotherhood,” embodies the spirit of this compilation. We aim to reach out and support our city and those who have been far less fortunate than ourselves.

We are incredibly grateful to have such a diverse and talented community of music makers in the city, who have generously donated their work to aid in relief efforts. Our hearts go out to all those who have suffered loss.

Finalversion3 - Ni en Somnis

After the climate and political catastrophe that Valencia has endured, with a severe storm affecting over 800,000 people, the community has come together to lift the future of Valencia out of the mud. From day one, Gordo Trax has sought to help by bringing together producers of all kinds in a series of charity V.A. releases aimed at supporting local neighbourhood associations, animal welfare organisations, associations for people with special needs, and providing essential goods. "Germanor" is the Valencian word for "brotherhood," and in this second release, we unite international artists like Blawan & Wallis, Oscar Mulero, Lewis Fautzi, Nørbak, Peder Mannerfelt, Cora Novoa, and many others who have selflessly pitched in during such a difficult time for the city.

Point Nemo proudly presents: Allium - by Stuttgart-based artist TiGr – is a relentless journey into the darker, rawer edges of electronic music. Named after the resilient genus of flowering plants, the EP embodies growth and transformation, weaving organic textures into the steel-hard backbone of its beats.

A standout is the collaborative track "Elements" with Gisura, where the duo constructs a pounding, textured soundscape. Built on layers of distortion, crisp percussion, and an unforgiving bassline, the track is a high-octane exploration of raw energy and power, designed for peak-time chaos on the dance floor.

From start to finish, Allium is a testament to TiGr's ability to fuse precision with unrelenting intensity, marking another bold statement in Stuttgart’s thriving techno underground.
