This is nothing more than a quick slap together piece to show the tone of the Engl Steve Morse Signature as more than just a metal amp.  Engl Steve Morse, Mohave 4x12 w/ Vintage 30's, Shure SM-57 three feet in front of center of cab, Fender American HSS Strat, Focusrite Scarlett, Audacity.  Only FX were added in Audacity in final production.  The percussion and bass tracks were recorded using a Korg Krome 88 keyboard workstation.  

Engl Steve Morse Signature raw rock tone

The entire lead track was recorded using an Engl Steve Morse Signature head on channel three, guitar straight into amp and no fx.  The cab is a Mojave 4x12 loaded with Celestion G12H30's.  This was mic'd about 3 feet off the cab with a Shure SM-57 to capture the "room sound".  So what you hear is pretty much exactly as it sounded in the room.  Just wanted to show how responsive and dynamic this amp is as well as demonstrate that this is an Engl that can sound extremely vintage.  Sorry for the crappy chops.  This was one take on the lead guitar.
