Buddy and the Scarecrow are a heavy hitting Vancouver-based roots and blues rock band who have been playing the local scene making a name for themselves over the last number of years. The band has played over 150 live shows, creating a powerful synchronicity that evokes an emotional experience in the listener. Their creative song writing and strong vocal harmonies continue to keep dance floors in the Pacific North West packed and grooving. Owen M is a Vancouver-based sound technician, DJ, engineer/producer, lighting/video designer, promoter and Deadhead.

Since 2012, he has organized multi-genre parties with his crew Attack/Release and played in BC’s underground rave and Burning Man scenes. Owen plays a variety of sounds, with an emphasis on jazzy deep house, desert tech, and classic edits.
