Norway's Snick Snack Music welcomes Scandinavian electronic duo Trulz & Robin for an album of
all-new analogue house jams.
This accomplished pair has already released four albums before this one and are masters of cooking up
characterful club tracks. They combine classic sounds from house and techno into something funky,
hypnotising and entirely their own. They call upon legendary house music vocalist Robert Owens, Kate
Pendry, and their longtime collaborator Baseman for guest spots on this sublime LP.
Say the duo of this latest endeavour, “‘Out of Sync’ is for us an album re-connecting us to our roots. We
wanted to create the music in the moment. With feeling and rawness. To embrace the imperfections that
arose, and leave out the minds analysing and controlling nature.”
Kicking things off is ‘Inside Of Me' featuring Chicago great Robert Owens; it’s a timeless tune that
could be a lost Fingers Inc cut. The drums are deep, and the vocal is among his best in years. 'U Get
Some' has a similar early era house vibe with rough edge drums and low-slung bass, then Kate Pendry
guests on 'This Is Love', a steamy deep acid cut with pounding drums and warped bass. 'Let Yourself
Go' is taught but sensual, with bulbous bass offset by sharp, bright hi-hats that cut right through. 'The
Wiggler' featuring Tolani & Baseman is one to get rumps moving with fat, wobbly bass and subtle acid
twitches and 'Sync' with Baseman is full flavour deep house with a dark soul and muted chords that
hook you in.
Robert Owen returns on 'Be There For U' with an ice-cold vocal that sits amongst lithe synths and stark
hits; It's old school Chicago house with a contemporary twist. 'Unconscious' is defined by a rousing
monologue from Muhammad Ali as turbulent bass sprays about beneath jacked-up drums and Chuc
Frazier closes things out on the peak time acid smasher 'Divine Electricity'
‘Out of Sync’ is another irresistible analogue house masterclass from Trulz & Robin. The album drops
on June 2nd, preceded by ‘Inside of Me’ on May 5th, ‘U Get Some’ on May 19th and ‘Divine Electricity’
on May 26th

Daiikon’s ‘Crise Collective’ is released on digital and vinyl on the 7th of July.

Sheik ‘N’ Beik, the iconic New York City-based record label known for its eclectic and influential releases, is kicking off the summer with 'Crise Collective', its electrifying 15th release from Swiss sonic wizards Daiikon. Since 2008, Sheik ‘N’ Beik’ has been an essential part of the global house and techno scene, with the record label joining the already revered event series in 2014 bringing a diverse mix of artists offering fresh sounds for its devoted fan base.

Hailing from Geneva, Daiikon have been underground electronic trailblazers since the late 90s. Their journey began on the
earliest online radio stations before they took to the world’s most esteemed stages as DJs. 

Since 2009, Daiikon have used their residency with Sheik ‘N’ Beik as an expressive, creative sanctuary. Meticulously crafting a sound that transcends the ordinary, they expertly merge meaningful melodies and hypnotic grooves, summoning a symphony of earthly frequencies
through their radical and intuitive creations. Their music is an intimate expression of themselves and what they live, breathe and feel, inviting listeners to embark on their own emotional odyssey.

Prepare to be captivated by the pulsating energy of ‘Crise Collective’ with its stripped-down sound featuring thunderous kick drums and warped synths entwined with a kaleidoscope of percussive elements and mind-bending acid undertones. 

Remix virtuoso Norm Talley is the guardian of Detroit’s deep house legacy, and he proves why with his masterful reinterpretation of ‘Crise Collective’. As the guiding force behind the esteemed Upstairs Asylum label and a figure with an illustrious discography that includes labels like FXHE, Talley casts his spell on the original and transforms it into a
mesmerising and deep rolling cut with cascading Detroit chords impeccably fused with razor-sharp hi-hats which slice through the hypnotic groove as subtle vocal nuances dance up top to create sonic brilliance.

The final track, 'Beach Parade', is an enchanting six-minute house jam with scintillating synth sequences that bring about the feeling of cosmic energy. This deep-cut gem will guide the dance floor into a euphoric frenzy with its radiant melodic energy and rubbery bass, creating an irresistible force.

Once again, Sheik ‘N’ Beik delivers a cultured expedition into house music, unearthing sonic treasures that resonate with the

After a few series of soulful releases, we once again find ourselves diving into deeper scopes of house music with the 14th release by La Riff, who delivers to us the EP 'The Observatory'. 

The track 'Miles', featuring veteran DJ and producer David de Barce, exudes minimalism in every way. While the track contains very few elements like drums, an acid synth line, and pulsating sub-bass, it will definitely add some spice to DJ sets. The dialogue cuts from famous jazz musician Miles Davis serve as the perfect cohesive tissue for switching up the mood in the mix.

Kindisch Stories returns with a chapter from Marco Tegui that features eight completely new and
exclusive tracks as well as two remixes of classics from the label's back catalogue.
Peruvian musician Marco Tegui began his musical journey in 2009, firstly making an impact in South
America before graduating to the world stage. He is now based in Ibiza and was previously A&R at
Berlin’s iconic Bar25 label as well as managing its sister imprint Sirin Music before starting his own
DowntempoLove label. He has a magical live set that combines the same rich harmonies, hypnotic
sounds and melodic synths as his productions on labels like Get Physical, Stil For Talent and many
more. This new album is a rich tapestry of South American melodies, instrumentals and Tegui's own
exquisite musicianship.
Up first is a remix of Marco Tegui & Israel Vich's 'Tortuga' - a Kindisch back-catalogue track from 2019
that is a woozy and late-night sound to draw you in. 'Amun-Ra' brings bubbly synths and intoxicating
melodies while 'Clarao de Lua' is a more gentle sound with Portuguese vocals and sunny melodies
from acoustic guitar. 'Panjabi' with Solar Kings is the sound of an Indian street market in full flow over
breezy grooves, 'Apuyaya' perfectly layers up swaying grooves and Latin percussion with more South
American melodies and 'Danzar' is a deep and hypnotic roller with spine-tingling vocals.
After the trance-inducing magic of 'Voodoo' comes the second Solar Kings collaboration 'Wild West,'
an evocative and multi-layered track that brings to mind cowboys in the US. 'El Valle Sagrado' Feat.
Jon Aragon slows things down again to spine-tingling, candle-lit melodies and sultry chords before
Tegui remixes his 2018 collaboration with Israel Vich into a final mesmerising groove.
This is a superb musical journey that also tells the tale of Marco Tegui, one of deep house's finest
modern artists.

Beyond The Struttosphere is a sonic collaboration between two London-based DJs combining their considerable musical production experience with an insatiable passion for cosmic chugging dark disco.

The cosmonauts embark on their most ambitious journey yet with the release of ‘Odyssey-10’ on Emerald & Doreen records. True to its name, the lead track evokes an epic space voyage propelled by driving arpeggiators, chunky layered percussion, high-octane guitar hits and the signature BTS chug bassline. 

The tune progresses into a tectonic breakdown heightened by
spacey Juno chords before launching into a dynamite crescendo that burns contrails through the atmosphere. 

Remixes are provided by two bastions of the scene: Mexican dark wave star
Vongold introduces lustful celestial vocals into the mix, dialling down the tempo, and repurposing the track into a post-punk acid chugger that takes no prisoners. French dark disco connoisseur Badknife applies his masterful touch with a second remix, cranking up the throb and deploying interstellar synth arrangements that will have you reaching for your seatbelt.

The duo venture into uncharted territory with ‘Satellite Cities’, a collaboration with cosmic queen Miss Zagato. Undoubtedly their funkiest production to date, this galactic chugger is a hypnotic blend of funky guitar plucks, electrifying stabs and groovy riffs, underpinned by Miss Zagato’s intoxicating lyrics that transport you to the moon in a hypersonic X-15. Building in momentum and complexity, the track climaxes with a mesmerising vocal chorus, elevated by cosmic synth melodies and a resonating mid-range bass that will echo for aeons to come. 

The original is backed by a sublime remix from Spanish electronic virtuoso, Ivan Fabra, whose take re-imagines the track as a pulsating Balearic dancefloor anthem loaded with powerful drums and ethereal pads that melt into the sunset.

The EP concludes with ‘Storming Heaven’, a sonically charged acid trip that adventures through the cosmos, guided by a weighty chugging bass, a psychedelic 303 line, tripped out guitar chords and an array of cosmic FX. The tune traverses two mystical breakdowns before ascending into stratospheric planes with a euphoric synth sequence and a staggering guitar solo courtesy of long-time BTS collaborator Stannard Procedure. Strap in!
