Producido en Madrid en 1990 por Ram J e influenciado por bandas de la época como Snap y Technotronic, pasó desaparcibido la mayor parte de su vida hasta que, recientemente, ha vuelto a sonar en la fiestas más gamberras de todo el globo. 
Además se acaba de incluir en el magnífico recopilatorio de Soundway Records llamado Ritmo Fantasía, que repasa y rescata joyas hechas en España entre finales de los 80 y comienzos de los 90.

Aquí lo tienes arreglado y adaptado para la pista de baile. Sonando como un tiro y con la estructura perfecta para que lo pinches en cada sesión.

The second single off of his much-anticipated album ‘DOBAISMO’ for Lips & Rhythm Records comes with a driving funk groove over Latin and Disco percussion. 
The backing choir gives a real timeless feel between Dobao’s commanding vocals and bouncing synthesizers to bring it all home.

Over his short but glittering career so far, Claptone has delivered no less than four summer anthems to soundtrack Ibiza and the festival season. Starting with ‘Cream’ back in 2012, the now legendary ‘No Eyes’, THAT remix of Gregory Porter and last summer’s runaway Golden Summer theme 'In The City', he has always sprinkled sunshine into our lives to help drive the winter blues away. 

This trend continues unabated with the unveiling of the infectious and hypnotic groove ‘The Drums (Din Daa Daa) Ft George Kranz’, an onomatopoeic voodoo spell road tested over the last months around the world on the masked man's constant club orbit. Claptone took inspiration from the post-punk melting pot of early 80’s NYC when he connected with the pioneering George Kranz who originally made the drums dance over 30 years ago. 

The result is a meeting of minds and rhythms, pure gold in the hands of headline DJs. Released in time to find its wings during Miami Music Week, Claptone casts the first rays of light upon you in order to conjure a long hot summer for all of us.

It was back in March that Claptone unveiled his latest single, the infectious and hypnotic groove ‘The Drums (Din Daa Daa) Ft. George Kranz’. The tune has gone on to become something of a dancefloor sensation across the globe since first emerging as the ubiquitous weapon-of-choice at this year’s Miami Music Week. Now Spanish Tech House titan Dennis Cruz, exploding UK talent Latmun and BBC R1 favourite Friend Within deliver three peak-time remixes to continue the story deep into the summer. 
 
The original is the next summer anthem to come from the masked man, now an annual event that has seen Claptone release four consecutive holiday-time cuts that have soundtracked the Ibiza and festival season. 'House Music legends David Morales and Timmy Regisford join forces on a mesmerising slice of Afro House featuring South Africa’s top songbird, Toshi. ‘NINI’, which means 'Until When’, is ripe with magical Afrocentric vibes and enchanting vocals from Toshi, which carry a strong message to follow wisdom, sung in Xhosa (the beautiful language of South Africa's Nguni). The package includes a lush, hypnotic afro groove from Timmy, where Toshi’s vocals flow over a feast of earthy drums and melancholic synth waves, and David amps up the energy, injecting a DIRIDIM vibe, where emotive key melodies, sweeping synths and infectious beats underpin this beautiful song.

Not really needing an introduction, New York House Music legends David Morales and Timmy Regisford have each been shaping and contributing to the dance music world for more than 35 years! And there is no sign of either of them stopping any time soon as they both continue to uphold busy gig schedules and create some of their best music to date.

Cape Town’s Toshi Tikolo is one of the leading voices on the Afro House scene. Her distinctive tones have graced some of the biggest tracks the genre has seen in recent years, including ‘BUYA’ with Black Coffee and ‘Ngeke’ with Armonica including the massive remix from Andhim. She released her debut album 'Ubuhle Bendalo' and has worked with some heavyweight producer names including David Morales, Stones & Bones, Afro Warriors, Fabio Aurea, Saint Eno, DJ Kabila, Lemon & Herb and many more, alongside her solo tracks. Autumn 2019 saw the release of her collaborative album with Timmy Regisford ‘Life Music’ on Quantize Recordings to great acclaim.'
