Welcome to the modern Brazilian disco world of Processman and Cady. We know you’re going to love it here. 

DJ and producer Processman is from Salvador, Bahia. A passionate and talented musician, he has played in a number of bands in his city, which is famous for artists such as his heroes Gilberto Gil, João Gilberto and Jorge Amado. 

Processman was introduced to Cady, a fellow Baiana and a very fine solo artist in her own right, by a mutual friend. The connection was instant and they started making music that very day.

Fast forward to when Dicky Trisco was passing through Salvador after playing the magnificent Mareh festival in Bahia. Processman drove Dicky and a group of friends to local hot spot in Pelourinho, and the first track he played in the car that night was ‘Adupé’. Dicky was blown away by the track. The brilliant Brazilian percussion, the beautiful layered vocals, the spiritual, synth boogie-laden vibes and those delightful melodies. He was absolutely hooked. The second track Processman played was ‘Sou Baiana’ and a record deal was already a sure thing. They hadn’t even made it to the bar yet.

PBR Streetgang are Bonar Bradberry and Tom Thorpe. A a pair completely submerged in the world of club music their entire adult life. Their debut release was ‘Never Get Off the Boat’ in 2008 on Croatian label Red Music Records and since those early beginnings they have released on Futureboogie, Throne Of Blood, 2020Vision, Hot Creations, Crosstown Rebels and Skint Records. Their remix work has included Kylie, Lana Del Rey, Bryan Ferry, Hot Chip and Friendly Fires and more. As DJs they have played across the globe at almost every venue and festival of credible note. Outside of the studio and the booth, their residency on Rinse FM has become one of the mainstays of the stations, hosting international guests and fresh talent each month. PBR’s label, Kurtz Records, was created by the duo as a platform for their own output and as a stage to champion some of their favourite new artists as remixers.

Fast forward 20 years … 20 f’kin years! 

To many crowds the world over PBR Streetgang are known and loved for their talents behind the turntables, but to others they are producers and remixers whose eclectic taste and evolving style has seen them enjoy longevity and much acclaim. To celebrate this milestone PBR bring us a rare selection of originals and remixes that shows the breadth and depth of their work. 

Featuring early originals that propelled them into the limelight, like ‘Downstroke’ and ‘J2Thab’, and more recently their stand-out disco tinged nugget from their debut album ‘Late Night Party Line’. Previously un-pressed remixes like the cult classic rework of Romanthony’s ‘Bring You Up’, the slow chuggy sleaze of Bryan Ferry’s ‘One Night Stand’, and the teary-eyed euphoria of their remix of Hot Chip’s ‘Melody of Love’.

This compilation represents an honest retrospective of the production and remix talents of PBR Streetgang. Always keeping true to their sound, and true to themselves.

"Povratak Otpisanih" EP, which translates to "The Return of the Written Off," Originally composed by Milivoje Markovic 
for the popular partisan TV series in former Yugoslavia in the 1970s, this EP features a re-worked version by 
Ichisan and Nakova from 2008, now remastered for a new audience.
The EP features two new versions of "Povratak Otpisanih" by Ichisan himself. 
The first version, called the Mrki version, is tailor-made for the disco dance floor. 
The second version, the Balearic funk soundtrack, is perfect for a relaxing day in the beach bar.
Ichisan and Nakova's version of "Povratak Otpisanih" is a perfect tribute to the classic 
Yugoslav TV series while still remaining fresh and modern. 
This EP will be a treat for fans as well as those who appreciate the rich cultural heritage of former Yugoslavia.

The label's name is inspired by Triglav, the highest peak in Slovenia and a symbol of unity, strength, and creativity.
Triglav is a symbol of national pride and identity for the Slovenian people, who have a deep connection to the mountain and its rugged, majestic beauty. The three peaks of Triglav are also a symbol of unity, as they represent the three parts of Slovenia: Upper Carniola, Lower Carniola, and the Slovenian Littoral.

Dicky Trisco is back with a pack of Disco dynamite that’s set to blow up your DISCOTECA this summer!

Discoteca was originally a synth-driven Disco beast released back in 2014 on Marseille label La Dame Noir.

Fast-forward to 2023 and Dicky is unleashing a brand new Disco version. 

It’s packed full of new live instrumental vibes. It’s got a heavy dose of added Disco sleaze courtesy of vocals by NYC singer-DJ-party-starter Ria Bird. And then there’s the Balearic keys that push this delicious track into dance floor heaven.
