During Lockdown 2020 and 2021, J.R. Richards a singer / songwriter, musician, record producer and film composer rallied together fellow residents of a quintessentially English village in Oxfordshire, to record a 'Buckland Village Choir Christmas Carol'... all adhering to the strict Covid-Secure recording government requirements. 

Initially when the idea was raised by JR and his wife Min, to the village residents, the response was tremendous with over 75 residents wanted to take part in the recording. Due to social distancing, the numbers had to be capped, as each person took hours of recording, editing and ultimately bringing the voices and the music composition (all produced and engineered by JR) together to sit as it if were recorded as an entire choir together... 

Buckland is blessed with extremely talented singers and musicians! 

This recording of 'O Come, All Ye Faithful' is a piece of magic, captured in a time of deep uncertainty. It really was an enormous boost to all the residents mental health during lockdown, bringing joy and happiness to all!
