I don't regret it though. This place may have its issues, its toxic people and its drama, but it also has so many great people. I've made more friends here than I have in any other community I've joined, and I hope to make more along my way. 

Welp, now I just need to get to 1000. How hard can it be?

I think this is the second to last of my old songs that I've been meaning to update, and I'm quite proud of it. The original Strikedown was a song I was super excited to release, and with this update I think I've done everything I originally intended to do with this song. Also it's no longer a direct copy of Striking the Demon Down, so that's a plus, right?

By the way the name is derived from Teraphobia, which is the fear of monsters, for those of you who were curious.

Dusttale - Red Megalovania (My Headcanon Take)

At last, I can say that Teralovania is complete. My intention from the beginning, back when it was called Strikedown, was to make it sound like the original Megalovania. I believed I was able to do that after uploaded Teralovania I, but I recently understood that this was not the case. At first, I had planned to leave it, but then I saw what it inspired *cough* Teralazing*cough*, and I realized I had to do something.
Now, I present this.
I've changed many motifs, I've changed the entire feel of the song, and I believe I've gotten it right this time. I hope this will be the final update, but who knows? ;)
Yeah, it probably will be.

Now, time to work on some original stuff!

Fun fact, this has been in development since July 11th. I didn't really start working on it until early-mid September, and I never intended on finishing it. Nevertheless, I'm glad I did, as it turned out far better than I had expected it to. Please enjoy the (hopefully) final update to Teralovania!

This track is the second in my 10-track 900-1,000 followers special, by the way.

When uploading Teralovania III, I promised myself I would not update it again unless it aged poorly, and my God it did. I believe I took a wrong approach to the 900-1,000 followers special, updating things that didn't need to be updated, and rushing tracks to get to the 1,000 followers special (which was still three months late). Teralovania fell victim to this, so I decided to do what I did with Drop Dead and make it right. I aimed to make this very different from the previous version, keeping some of my favorite aspects, as well as adding plenty of new ones This is easily the best version of Teralovania, and I believe it is a satisfactory final version. It was a ton of fun to make, and I hope you enjoy listening to it; the definitive version of TERALOVANIA.

This year has been a rollercoaster. I started off the year sharing a (what is still my favorite) remix of Rouge the Bat's theme from SA2 that actually was fairly successful. I decided to keep doing more sample flips & they were--for the most part--all hits across social media. I decided I wanted to end 2020 the same way I started it: with a SA2 remix. I can't thank you all enough for your support. Here's to 2021!
