In this meditation, Michael and Metatron create a sphere of light calling on energies from great the Central Sun along with electric blue angelic fire. 

Into this fire you are invited to release all lower energies coming from the mass media. We ask for a release of all disinformation,  misinformation, opinion, judgement, anxiety, fear and sexual manipulation from any media source whether that be TV, internet, films, documentaries, video clips, newspapers, or magazines.

Mass Media Energetic Detox Meditation

In this meditation we work to clear a chakra by calling on a Power Animal Guide. In particular a wild cat that can be from this dimension of earth such as a jaguar, tigeror lion or it can be from another dimension/time of earth such as a sabre tooth tiger. 

In this meditation we journey into one of your chakras which your unconscious mind will reveal as a landscape. In this space we call the guide/protector to help clear and open this chakra. 

Together you journey with the guide/protector, to see and release any lower energies from your energy fields - perhaps people, situations. Once this is done the boundaries of your chakra can be sealed with Angelic Healing Light. 

Then you are invited to journey to the core of your own power. This may appear as something fiery such as a volcano or a sacred space such as a stone circle or a grove of ancient trees, or a powerful lake. Here you can connect with the core of your power.

Wild Cat Meditation: Meeting a Power Animal Guide/Protector.

"Some of the ideas I am sharing here go against much of what is spoken about regarding Twin Flames. I want to say upfront that I do believe and experience the concept of soul family as true. That individuals may feel a certain strong connection to others that goes beyond this one lifetime. I also believe and experience as true that some individuals may have a pre-incarnation agreement to meet and to relate and work together in some form. You could become a completely visible player which might mean you lose a few friends. Of, course in time you are very likely to gain new friends, ones who are also playing the same new game. The Law of Growth – You are Spirit in a body exploring this dimension of earth and this is one of many lifetimes. The prime directive of the soul is growth, meaning you learn through different realms of form and experience.

The Law of Manifestation – The more your conscious mind focuses on problems, the more problems will seem to arise in your reality. 

The Law of Action – You reap what you sow, what goes around comes around, what you offer to the world will return to you manyfold. 

The Law of Miracles – This law does not operate for the un-awakened, unless it is activated through group prayer. 

The Law of Resistance – Resistance is part of being alive in this dimension of reality, it is normal. 

The Law of Release – Nature abhors a vacuum, as you release something that does not serve you, something of a lower vibration, you then create the space for something of a higher vibration to enter. 

The Law of Service – When a soul has reached a certain point of evolution, then the law of service becomes a prime motivator.
