Prince Purposed, born Prince Perez, is from Fayetteville, North Carolina with a history of music in his blood, including his late Grandfather, Rock & Roll hall of fame inductee and Grammy award winner know as the KING of Rock and Soul, whom he accredits from where his natural talent comes from. His biracial upbringing he also attributes to his eclectic style of music and unique perspective. He says people are often confused about his race always asking with great intrigue, “What are you?” His primary influence in music is his first cousin, Novel, who wrote his first two raps at 13 years old and took him as a teen with him on a national tour while signed with Universal Records, with artists such as T.I., Floetry, The Roots, and Talib Kweli, whom he also collaborated with on a song titled “I owe you”. He also admits that his primary early music influences are street/backpack rappers like Big Pun, Kanye West, Eminem, and The Roots, to name a few. He is often told his delivery reflects some of these influences. He also has always loved Neo soul and is influenced heavily by artists such as Musiq Soulchild, John Legend, Lauryn Hill, D’Angelo, and Robin Thicke. He has gone on to produce two studio albums including “7 Days of Blessing” 2011 and “Unreligous” 2016, a duo album with grammy award-winning producer and writer, Novel. These projects reflect his growth as a man and artist. He has also had the honor of working with the Rock & Roll Hall of fame inductee, Daryl McDaniels (DMC) of the legendary rap pioneer group Run DMC, who featured on a song he recorded titled “What You Livin For?” The legend DMC shared how amazing his gift is to rap and sing, saying that he has never heard anything like this. He shares how he believes Prince Purposed raps better than Eminem and should tour the world using this gift to share his message. He intends to do just that releasing a new sound to the world with a message of faith and purpose.

Demetric Pruitt Ceo of BECAMEHUMBLEFILMZ born and Raised in South central Los Angeles. The middle child of two sisters. Parents raised us as Jehovah witnesses but at the age of  14 i left that religion. Upon leaving that understanding i didn't follow any religion. However there was a passion for music since before I could remember! Started writing raps in High school around the 11th grade.  I started going to christian bible study but didn't take it to serious until later on in the mid 90's. During this time it was like TMH was calling  me out of darkness through some serious spiritual warfare being experienced! Although the correct understanding on the scriptures was not revealed I started recording music on who I Thought Our Creator was. In  2012 one of my good friends kept telling me about being the true Hebrews but this was not received until a year later. While watching this documentary on the truth about our captivity it started to make sense! Its like YAHUAH took the  blindfolds off my eyes to see truth. However I didn't get right back into music. Still being nudged by Yahuah through this same friend  to start writing again! HumbleRoots is the first project since I actually started writing again which has been a barakah. I Thank Ahba YAHUAH for my family! My beautiful wife and seven children. Plan on  continuing to releasing music for Yasharal bringing glory to Yahuah!
