Israeli psy-trance producer Blastoyz remixes Above & Beyond’s ‘Sun & Moon’ (feat. Richard Bedford).With its uplifting melody, bittersweet lyrics, and Richard Bedford’s iconic vocals, ‘Sun & Moon’ has become one of the most beloved singles in the Above & Beyond catalogue. Blastoyz’ psy-trance mix was the final track of Above & Beyond’s four-hour Group Therapy 400 set in September 2020, as the trio celebrated 20 years of Anjunabeats with a livestreamed performance from the River Thames, London.

Featured on DJ Mag’s top 100 DJ’s for 2020, Blastoyz has previous releases on Alteza, Armada Music, Dreamstate, Iboga Records and Spinnin’ Records. He’s also worked with Seven Lions, contributing remixes as well as collaborating with him on the 2022 single ‘Reason For Fighting’, released on Ophelia Records.

In 2021, GRAMMY-nominated dance trio Above & Beyond kicked off the 10th-anniversary celebrations of their critically-acclaimed second studio album, ‘Group Therapy.’ To mark the occasion, an eclectic selection of acts took on the challenge of remixing ten iconic tracks from the 2011 album. The first part of this cross-genre remix compilation included an energetic trance rework from ilan Bluestone, a breakbeat remix from Anjunadeep favorite CRi, and stunning house and techno reworks from Anjunafamily newcomers Kasablanca and Manila Killa.

Also included on the compilation were two fan-favourite remixes released in 2021 from Oliver Heldens and Spencer Brown, as well as melodic house selections from the likes of Braxton, Shai T, Khen, and Newman (I Love), all lifted from the Beatport #1 compilation, ‘20 Years of Anjunabeats: The Deep Mixes’.

On October 13, Above & Beyond are set to release part two of the ‘10 Years of Group Therapy’ album, with an exciting tracklist of remixers to be announced soon.

Alongside these digital remix albums, Anjunabeats is releasing a limited-edition ‘10 Years of Group Therapy: The Singles Collection’ vinyl box set, which sees six iconic singles from the album released on vinyl for the first time: ‘Sun & Moon’ feat. Richard Bedford, ‘Thing Called Love’ feat. Richard Bedford, ‘Love Is Not Enough’ feat. Zoë Johnston, ‘On My Way To Heaven’ feat. Richard Bedford, ‘Sun In Your Eyes,’ and ‘Prelude’ are included in the box, alongside B-side remixes from ilan Bluestone, Oliver Heldens, Hybrid Minds, Seven Lions, and William Orbit. The vinyl box set also includes a special ‘10 Years of Group Therapy’ slipmat as well as 12"x12" matte-finish prints of each single artwork. This box set is a limited, hand-numbered edition and is expected to ship in autumn of 2022. Pre-orders are available now at the Anjuna Music Store. Every box set comes with a digital download of the original album and all remixes on the ‘10 Years of Group Therapy’ digital compilation.

Inpsyde Out - There Was An End In The Beginning 

The world was never enough, so it is time to leave it. 
While Mr. Einstein defends the world with rationality and his love for peace, and thoughts of a socialistic revolution against two well known weirdo's on a rocket, the Pentagon finally admits that there is “something out there”. 

Is it a flying saucer, is it a flying sausage? 
After escaping the western civilisation and looking for divine knowledge in the east Mr. Bollywood goes for a last expedition in space to find himself. 
He leaves the known universe and dives deep into the ultimate unknown. Nothing is there anymore. It seems like all existence ended inside the void. 
Falling deeper and deeper into space, the infinite entropy rises and the event horizon of a blackhole comes closer.   

By now, Mr. Bollywood is only inside his thoughts. He is still able to exist, but his thoughts generate too much heat and slowly he feels like burning up in them. 
Now, he is turning into nothingness, so he doesn´t realize that the blackhole gravitation soaks him up and spaghettificates his body. 
The last transformation is there. Mr. Bollywood becomes Mr. Nobody. 
The last thing he can think of is that he is nothing. He never was anything. Everything was an illusion, everything was culture and he was always only the identity he created for himself. 
Deep inside the last matrix, he could be anything and nothing at the same time. He could be a god, he could be a bot.

Kameleon - Isla De Fuego Pt. 1

Containing nearly all the tracks played throughout my 2016 season in Asia, the outcome of my latest freestyle session is like rocket fuel mixed with high grade Acid. It took me a while to record this new mix, but here it is. It was inspired by underground gatherings in the Malaysian jungle, Chinese meadows, the floating villages and bamboo forests of Thailand as well as clandestine clubs in Japan.

The outcome is a far different style than what I play in Europe: it pays respect to the intoxicating, overwhelming vibe of the East.  No breaks. Not suitable for a lazy Sunday. Definitely suitable for your own private stomp, after which you will probably need a shower... :) Have an exceptional mind-bending journey through this psychedelic jungle experience! Thibaut L, was born in 1983 and grew up in Paris, France. His musical career began at the age of 5 when he decided learn piano at a Parisian music school.
At a young age Thibaut had an open ear to several genres of music such as metal, indus, ebm, rock, jungle etc… While traveling to koh phangan Thailand, at a beach party he made his first encounter with psychedelic trance. This was the sound that Thibaut had been searching for all his human existence. At this moment in time “Plasmotek” project was born, and was anxious to get back to France to build the studio to begin composing his own creations and sounds.

Thibaut began djing in Paris’s local underground trance parties. In 2005 he released his first track on Mandala Rec and shortly after Plasmotek live was ready to rock international dance floors. Today, with his refreshing album (lifted) released on mandala records and numerous tracks on multiple labels (24/7 records, timecode records…) plasmotek has established himself an upcoming, unique and fresh live act from France. His sound is described as deep mechanical full-on trance, balanced between techno and trance.
