DJ Cherrywater, also known as Fabian Latka, draws inspiration from the idyllic utopian surroundings of his home in the Black Forest. He brings a mix of house, electro and techno elements to the dancefloor, infused with warm organic sounds.

The Nummer zu Platz (Nr. z. P.) is an institution of the Initiative Bielefelder Subkultur e. V. (IBS). It offers space to all those urban art and cultural forms that are given insufficient space in Bielefeld. Central and decisive is the promotion of subcultural, authentic and progressive creative areas.

Forged in the vibrant crucible of Cape Town's underground and refined in europe's electronic epicenters, Monk von B is an aesthetic vision and a living experiment in sound. His journey, ignited in the early 2000s, has been a relentless pursuit of texture, rhythm, and frequency, a pilgrimage through disparate genres and auditory stimuli that ultimately found its focus in the potent vessel of Techno.

Now, from his Dutch base, Monk von B continues to refine his craft as a DJ/producer, sculpting sonic landscapes where the underground spirit thrives and the dancefloor becomes a site of collective release.
This pursuit exists outside the industry; it is a personal devotion to the dancefloor's sacred exchange, where sound is a medium for connection, not just a commodity for consumption.

Monk's work is therefore offered not as a product, but as an elixir, a crafted frequency for the dancefloor's ritual, dedicated solely to the alchemy of shared experience.
