A free download of an older Helios track.  Several years ago I made my wife a disc of almost all of my unreleased Helios and Goldmund music.  I'm planning to share a few of the tracks here in the coming weeks.

A song about insomnia written while affected by it.  Pretty pleased with how this turned out for two nights' work.  

Sleep (I Don't Wanna)

Added a vocal sample from Fleetwood Mac's, "Dreams," towards the end and threw in an outro.
