Grapefruit are an emerging LGBT+ and female-fronted five piece alternative band based in the South East (UK), with influences including Warpaint, Peggy Sue, Dream Wife, Beach House, New Order, The xx, and Lykke Li.

Grace (guitarist) and Angela (vocalist) have been writing as a couple for years, and after meeting Ollie (bassist) and James (drummer) in 2017, Grapefruit began gigging across Kent and London. Lewis (guitarist) joined in 2018 and now two singles are going to be released by late 2018, and EP2 is being written.

Following release of their first EP 'Mould Me' in February 2017, Pulse, Deep Blue, and Fallen have gained airplay on BBC Introducing Kent, and the band reached the finals of London Pride's Got Talent in 2018, going on to play Trafalgar Square and Leicester Square at London LGBT Pride 2018.
