"Amore Bipolare" is the perfect gateway to the universe of Alessio Peck; a poetically complex and paradoxical world with which you can’t help but fall in love. What else would you expect from this Italian-born, Paris-based artist?

It’s an irresistible canzone, a delicate mix of uplifting pop appeal and intoxicating romance. Yes, it’s a love song, but explored from the depths of reality where love is not always rosy. It’s about the perpetual fragility and teetering balance, which is the beauty of a relationship.

"Love has two sides: on the one hand it’s warm and comforting, but on the other, it’s also addictive and destructive. Like any drug worth taking, love will lift you up and bring you down."

Alessio had the melody stirring in his head for months before translating the inner turmoil into song: the captivating synth line and vigorous electric guitar emerged from the project between Studio 2 in Padua and Abbey Road studios in London. As for the lyrics, they immediately flowed in his native tongue. A bipolar love, but wrapped up in a universal pop-song package.
