Grassroots is a one-off music label set up for the sole purpose of releasing just a single charity project, ‘Grassroots: United Over Ukraine’. The aim of the project is to unify both Ukrainian (CD1) and international (CD2) artists in their urge to help those directly affected by recent events in Ukraine. All profits from physical and digital sales of the compilation will be transferred to Maidan Family fund and re-distributed between short-term support initiatives targeted at families of Maidan victims / medical treatment and rehabilitation of physically challenged individuals, and long-term aid for under-aged children who lost their parents in the events otherwise known as Maidan 2013/2014.
