Around August 2014 we started a story concept album. The songs were rooted acoustically with the idea that we would expand the sound from a simple to a more complex fusion by the end of the record. What we got was 12 tracks that expanded our musical genres as writers and performers. From learning how to approach making songs differently, to mastering and mixing the details of the recording process, we created what became “Good To Bad”.  This album isn’t just about how someone can turn from good because of early romances to bad or what’s considered deviant. It is also a metaphor for how rock music became good to bad in the public perspective, swapping creativity for collective simplicity. It’s a fusion of styles while the album progresses and evolves just like we all do in our relationships. It naturally embraces the styles of the 90’s and 2000’s bands we grew up with as our influences while infusing modern soundscapes in the pictures we try to paint.  From the melodic choruses and lyrical raps to the classic rock influenced guitar/bass riffs, the alternative Indie Pop Punk Fusion blurs the lines of our genres. We exist in the gray.
