Cuttin' Headz continues to define the contemporary house landscape with another superb EP, this time from Toman. The Dutchman has been hugely prolific since breaking through and his unique take on house and techno has led him to much-renowned outlets like No Art, Moscow & Eastenderz.

This fresh new EP opens with Madrugada, a tightly coiled bit of tech funk. The kicking drums and razor sharp hi hats are detailed with cool female vocal stabs, whirring effects and dramatic fills that really make the track pop. Better Is Weather is a much deeper tune but one that still packs a punch. The super balmy pads bring a nice summery feel to the breezy late night grooves and hints of garage skip.

All in all, another incredible standout EP from all involved.

UK based DJ and producer, FLETCH, returns to Pirate Copy's Kaluki Musik this autumn with his brand new, 'Walk & Talk' EP featuring an exciting remix from Mancunian DJ and producer, AJ Christou. Born in London, now residing on the South Coast of the UK, FLETCH has wasted no time in announcing himself to the scene. Having already teamed up with brands & labels such as Rawthentic, Whippin', Detection Audio, Pakate and Madhouse, his music has found favour with the likes of Joey Daniel, The Martinez Brothers, Rich NXT and Mason Collective all spinning his tunes. The 'Walk & Talk' EP takes you straight to the dancefloor, offering popping percussion, elastic sub-frequencies, warped synths, strong basslines and rhythmic vocal chops throughout. Completing the EP is a brilliant rework of the titular track from AJ Christou who adds his own unique style and flavour to the record offering a more stripped back take on the original yet still keeping the energy pumping.
