The next release on Libero Records, and final of 2019, comes courtesy of the ever-impressive Jay De Lys. The young Argentinian talent makes his Libero debut with two potent originals, accompanied by a remix from renowned tastemaker, Mirco Caruso.

'Impressionism' starts the proceedings with an instant injection of Latin flare. Jay's regional influence comes out to play in droves, as castanets, cowbells and live hand drum samples steal the show on this bouncy peak time terrace track. 

Jay takes things deeper with 'Undermovement', again featuring its fair share of some standout percussive factors. An essentially groovier affair with an emphasis on low-frequencies and atmospheric transitions, taking you on a journey from start to finish.

Mirco seals the triple threat with his remix of 'Undermovement'. An undeniably signature piece from the first bar of the track, projecting swayed rhythm and building a captivating vibe with its driving energy. A go-to track for setting the mood and cranking up the party.

2020 kicks things off in Roush Label with a Various Artists compilation where tech-house lovers could find six awesome tracks from new faces combining usual suspects from our day to day growing catalogue. Haynes signs 'Buss It' a great peak time tech-house tune. Next up, Jairo Delli, one of our most active members, drops 'Stress Free' a muscular track with broken beats and incredible risers. As third track Dean Chapple & James Daniels are the masterminds behind 'Prophets' which marks their debut on Roush. Maltese DJ & Producer Husko makes his first Roush appearance wit 'Sign In' a powerful housey banger. Another warm welcome is the return of Ciclo, Jose M. & TacoMan with 'Drug Dealers' a track with a great vibe. As icing in the cake Charlie Sparks closes the EP with 'Gettin' Weird', an UK influenced track with a bubbling squared main FM synth.

Marking our sixth release of 2020, Serbian artist Milos Pesovic delivers us an impressive release in the form of ‘F With Me’. Following recent releases on Glasgow Underground, NastyFunk Records, Hungarian Hot Wax and many more, Milos makes his Black Seven Music debut with a three-track EP - also featuring Netherlands native GIMBO9000 on remix duties.

Opening the release, ‘F With Me’ is laden with attitude from the get-go. Its heavyset undulating groove screams late-night Music On during its unforgettable Amnesia years, flooded with rippling percussive factors that will provoke an unavoidable first pump. The pitched down vocal adds even more sauce to an already robust track, making the perfect adversary for its roaring sub-bass underbelly.

Giving the title track a completely new identity, dutch artist GIMBO9000 takes a more driving approach with subtle hints of electro flavour and an enslaving combination of rhythmic factors. As far as standout remixes go, this has an abundance of memorable characteristics that will have you reaching for the reload more than once. Another coarse selection, built to flip peak-time crowds on their head.

Rounding things off, ‘Ding Dong’ completes a trio of quintessentially cadent dancefloor cuts. Yet another hands-up roller, featuring creatively-arranged pitched vocal slices and booming low-range beef. Pulsating sub-bass notes ping-pong off the constant scatter of percussive factors as the track builds and strikes repeatedly throughout its journey.

Milos Pesovic - F With Me (GIMBO9000 Remix) [Preview]

NicoRozas returns to the label with a strong double header. Long time collaborator Alonso Bierg provides a brilliant remix. 

The young Chilean producer had a great 2020 with tracks for NastyFunk, Great Stuff and Material cementing his position as an exciting new deep tech artist. 

'Abbott' continues where his last EP left off. Claustrophobic beats create a tension-filled groover that funks as much as a James Brown concert. On the flip, Double Fitted pumps from the first bar. Alonso Bierg provides a powerful remix. Long time friend and collaborator, his deep knowledge of Nico's style allows for a considered and gritty re-imagination.
