Update 3/5/2015 - Adjusted the EQ some more, added some expression to the strings.

Update 5/2/2014 - Rebalanced the instruments, adjusted some of the EQ, increased the reverb to sound like an orchestra hall, restored the bass in the timpani, maximized the sound.

For all you Legend of Zelda fans out there!  It's Dubstep version of one of my favorite Zelda songs.  You might also recognize it from Super Smash Bros. Brawl as background music for the old Hyrule stage.  This is my first project using FL Studio 11.  Tell me what you think!

DARK SAMUS THEME (Zaxiade's Electro Remix)

A quick orchestration of the Donkey Kong Country theme. This started of as a slow somber piece, but I changed it up. I wanted to give it a feeling of some kind of epic Donkey Kong Country movie with Donkey Kong preparing for some kind of final showdown. I actually remixed this game's theme when I was a about 12 (I'll post the embarrassment to my informaldummeh channel a bit later). This new one is just a quick doodle to test out some techniques/libraries/newly recorded samples.

Hey all, long time no see. I'm back with another VGM cover to close off this year. I know I've been largely absent from making videos over the past few months. Anyway, for this cover I thought I would do something laid back and easy, so I could put together quickly rather than the usual Metal covers I do, which requires more time and effort on my part. So I decided to do a Blues shuffle cover of the Ice Climbers theme. It's a simple track to play which has the foundations of a blues structure plus I like to try doing a cover in a different style of genre once in a while.
