i was watching a doc about the california music scene during the 60's/early 70's in 2006 and was really enamoured with the bond between crosby stills,and nash in there early days and i remember seeing a photo of them on the porch of some wooden shack all smiles with there acoustic guitars and i was getting bored of playing the same old psyche noise at that point so they inspired me to write and record this in about 2 or 3 hours. also sampled some alan watts at the begining and the end. I love that man.

2007 demo. it was a low tempo  bluegrass number in my head when i wrote it in the shop that had the banjo in, fuck knows what it is now.
