Making some drone ambiences that would sound great in a sci-fi / horror movie - dark, dramatic, scary

Mostly E350 morphing terrarium, with x,y morph and z-morph being driven by slow looping envelopes (Quadra)and the z-output is self-patched into the FM input.  Initial pitch is via expert sleeper's Silent Way, the rest of the pitch modulations are due to LFOs, wavetable sweeping, or FM.  Some of these ambiences were further processed through Clouds.  Finally, everything is post processed through Valhalla Vintage Verb Smooth random, color Now, with a 7.81s reverb time
