While Gregor Tresher's original album ”Quiet Distortion“ still resonates on dance floors around the world, we are more than happy to present to you a wonderful and versatile remix package of select album tracks. We believe the lineup of remixers really speaks for itself:
First up we have Nicole Moudaber, who has established a notable presence amongst the techno elite. Nicole transforms the title track of the album to an epic 10 minute journey that - dropped at the right moment of the night – will definitely let the magic happen.
Next up we have Wigbert, hailing from Offenbach in Germany and releasing on Dubfire´s Sci+Tec and Carlo Lio´s Rawthentic, who also reworked the title track. Wigbert builds his version around the original strings to create a dense remix that explodes in a monstrous breakdown!
Third on the lineup we have Jewel Kid from Malta, who just recently released a stunning EP on our little label and who delivers the bigroom mix on this package, twisting the original melodies to an apocalyptic dance floor destroyer.
Soma artists Gemini Voice Archive have been a mainstay in Gregor´s DJ-sets for the past year with their distinctive and unique hypnotic sound - another perfect match for this remix package - they picked ”Safehouse“ and boy, did they deliver!
Last but not least is Jonas Thor Gudmundsson aka Ruxpin from Iceland - Gregor has been a fan of his music for the past 15 years and we´re very happy to have him close the EP with his stunning vocal rework of the album´s final track ”Give It All Away“.

Funk Rider X is a British DJ and Producer signed to EX:Panse Records his own imprint as well as the labels Antarctic Records, Joke-R MNML Records and 13 Records. He also has his own brand in the form of "I Feel Spaced" in association with his label EX:Panse Records which at current is a podcast series which he aims to turn into a radio show and an event series in the future. As a DJ and producer his sound is Minimal, Acid, Dark, Industrial, Hard Edged Techno as well as Funky, Groovy and Deep Techno to.

Funk Rider X at current has been making his name as an artist, in the techno scene over the last few years with his unique brand of techno. Starting off with his debut release with the tech-house track "Pulse" with 13 Records in 2015. Forming his own underground collective alongside fellow producers Prolific Output and Leighta with the group that was The Techno World Order which further grew with more fellow producer and DJ friends over the years. This was then Funk found his true calling as a producer. Fully turning his artistic direction to techno during his time in the Techno World Order, using both analogue and digital this is then Funk got his breakthrough as an artist. Getting signed to german techno label Antarctic Records in 2019, introduced Funk Rider X as a producer with his techno sound. Been a regular with the label in 2019, with his tracks regularly appearing on sites such as beatport in the techno section, Funk had an impressive year as an artist.
Releasing 8 tracks with the label, in 2019 Funk showcased his minimal, industrial, acid and hard techno sound with the EP,s "Mega-City One" and "EX" featuring the tracks "Mega-City One", "Midgar", "Neo Tokyo", "EX", "TX-55", "Salelanthropus","Alpha N313", and "Sky".

Funk Rider X aims to continue to carry on from his recent productions as an artist as he aims to develop his techno sound even further, signing with hungarian minimal techno imprint Joke-R MNML Records releasing the acclaimed EP "Snatcher" with the title track "Snatcher", as well as "Delta City" and "Neo Kobe". With the Snatcher EP offering an fantastic mixture of modular, industrial, acid and hard edged techno. In addition to this Funk Rider X has done some impressive remix work also as an promising remixer to. Remixing Drunken Kong`s "Peace" with his 12 minute Acid Circuitry Behaviour remix for Tronic`s 25th Anniversary Remix contest where he received nice feedback from Tronic label boss Christian Smith. Further on the remix front, he also complied a remix on Steve Bug`s "Chordwalk Empire" with his Last Minute Acidic Treatment remix for Pokerflat Recordings 25th Anniversary Remix contest. His remix on chordwalk empire received excellent feedback from the Pokerflat boss himself Steve Bug. These nice accolades have shown Funk Rider X to be an promising remixer also. Having left The Techno World Order, to pursue a career as a solo artist Funk Rider X formed and created his very own label "EX:Panse Records" which aims to give himself his own platform as an artist with an home alongside Pete "Blackspark" Ward and Eat The Rainbow for his unique techno sounds, and to develop the sounds of techno even further pushing the genre into new directions with other like minded artists. 

Since creating EX:Panse Records in 2020, Funk Rider X has seen his releases get great international acclaim and support from Techno Heavyweights such as Richie Hawtin, Joseph Capriati, Marco Carola, Joris Voorn, Paco Osuna as well as including artists such as N-oe (Hot Creations/Food Music), Andrew Claristidge (Acid Washed/Record Markers,Paris), Ruben Mandolini (Defected/Toolroom Records/Kitsune/Snatch!/Terminal M/Suara), Jamie Fielding (Hot Traxx/Hot Creations) and Ed Thomas (House Music Radio). Funk Rider X has gained support on his productions on globally acclaimed radio stations such as House Music Radio and Mutant Disco Radio also. Having been a steady rising name in the techno scene over recent years, keep an eye out for this aspiring techno DJ and producer as his talent continues to rise even further.
