In 2002, Greg Piken burst onto the pop music scene (as Gregory Scott) with his debut album, The Waking Hour. He garnered two Top40 singles on the R&R charts, “Spark” and “Closing In”, which he followed up with Radio Disney and school tours across the U.S. In 2004, he released a Contemporary Christian album, Driving Force and the single, “My Prayer” which earned airplay on over 40 CCM radio stations across the US and Canada. In addition, the artist picked up wins for CCM Artist of the Year at the Los Angeles Music Awards and 95.9FM- The Fish’s “Be a Starfish” Contest. 

In 2004, Greg’s focus had turned toward full time ministry in the church. He has since served for 10 years as the Young Adult Pastor at Journey of Faith in Manhattan Beach, CA. Now returning to his first love of music, he draws on his ministry experience to tell stories of love, loss, hope, and inspiration. 

Greg recently scored cuts with country singer Brandon Chase (Season 5 of the Voice), and is writing with several up and coming country and CCM artists.
