Sergey was born in Russia into a family of musicians and played several instruments as a kid, such as the piano, saxophone and even the drums. His passion for music never left him as he grew older. Inspired by hip-hop and rap in his youth, he often annoyed his friends and classmates by always rapping lines from his favorite songs. Eventually, Sergey found his way to electronic music and fell instantly in love with it. When he saw the bright and flashy DJ equipment for the first time, he decided to become a DJ himself. Soon he played some of Bavarias most famous clubs including a couple residencies in Ratisbona. As he decided to move to techno-capital Berlin he began exploring many DJ-Booths e.g. at Anomalie, Club Ost, Humboldthain Club and others. His style is a perfect fusion of driving and progressive techno mixed with trippy, rolling elements of rave, acid and even psy. It never gets boring when Sergey is behind the decks, for sure.

T.Ø.M – das steht keinesfalls für durchschnittlichen Sound oder nur seinen Vornamen. 

Das Akronym bezeichnet seinen Werdegang, seine musikalischen Ursprünge und seine zukünftige Geschichte - Tale of Myself !

Schon im Alter von 4 Jahren zog es Tom in die wundervolle Welt der Musik.
Ganz nach dem Motto "Früh übt sich", hat er mit seinem ersten erlernten Instrument - dem Klavier - das Grundgerüst für seine musikalische Entwicklung gelegt. 
Dieser Base wurden mit fortschreitendem Alter weitere Facetten durch das Erlernen des E-Basses und später des Kontrabasses hinzugefügt - Tom spielte den Bass in verschiedensten Bands, Ensembles, Orchestern und in sämtlichen Genres – von Punk und Hardrock bis hin zu verschiedenen klassischen Orchestern war fast alles dabei! Eine langjährige Gesangsausbildung tat das Übrige, um die Grundsteine für eine musikalische Zukunft zu legen.

Im Jahr 2018 wurde aus den verschiedenen musikalischen Ursprüngen, die Liebe zur elektronischen Musik geboren und im Frühjahr 2019, stand er das erste Mal selbst hinter den Decks.

Aus dieser riesigen Bandbreite an Möglichkeiten und Erfahrungen kristallisiert sich T.Ø.M’s ganz individueller Sound heraus, der sich auch im elektronischen Feld keinesfalls nur auf ein Genre konzentriert – von dunklem, aber dennoch sphärischem, rollenden Techno, über strahlenden Sundowner Melodic Techno und Progressive House bis hin zu groovy TechHouse ist seine Soundpalette weit gefächert. 

In seiner Wahlheimat Regensburg war er Teil der beiden Kollektive SYNDIKAET sowie Gretchen Will Tanzen und ist aktuell Teil des neuen Kollektives Ach & Krach. T.Ø.M bespielte in der Domstadt alle Clubs für elektronische Musik mehrfach rauf und runter und ist aktuell vorrangig auf Events von Ach & Krach zu hören. 

Eine musikalische Reise, die noch lange nicht am Ende ist – man darf gespannt sein was da noch auf uns zu kommen mag!
