Samuel Wallner's second appearance on the Mood Series, titled Dust, takes listeners on a tranquil journey through the realms of dub techno and ambient music. Alexander Bogdanov's debut on Mood Series with Less Is More marks a significant entry into the realm of dub techno. With seven tracks offering various expressions of minimal-styled dub techno, Bogdanov demonstrates a keen understanding of the genre's nuances while infusing his own crisp production style into each composition.

The album opens with 'LIM Dub o1,' setting the tone with its mid-tempo rhythm reminiscent of waves washing over a shoreline. The hypnotic quality of the track immediately draws listeners into Bogdanov's sonic landscape, establishing a sense of immersion that persists throughout the release. Night Walk is a collection of pieces born from a moonlit winter walk in the forests of Röstånga, Sweden, during a “Circle of Live – In Bloom” retreat, where the infinite darkness, the sounds and quiet glimmers of light between the trees became the foundation for the album.

Each track explores that atmosphere, translating the sensory experience of the forest into sound. Carefully chosen samples trace the delicate presence of nature — rustling leaves, the faint call of birds — while dub-inflected rhythms pulse beneath, grounding the ethereal textures. Layered vocals drift like echoes through the trees, a human thread woven through rhythm, reverb, and stillness.
